It went very well. The installers did a good job and worked hard. There were two windows which were the incorrect size and Penny Window quickly ordered the correct windows and had them installed within a couple of weeks. The installers cleaned everything up well and it were easy to have working in my house. The windows are a good quality - I did a lot of research! And after having 50+ year old windows which couldn't open and weren't easy to clean this is great!

Chuck from Penny Windows came out right away to give us a bid.  Once we were ready to accept the bid, I had difficulties reaching him again because he is so busy.  However, the work they did was outstanding.  They were the cheapest bid and did an excellent job on the windows and clean up.  I would definitely hire them again.

It was good. I got what they said I was going to get when they said I was going to get it at the price they said I was going to get it so overall I would say good. I had a good experience, they delivered what they said they would deliver when they said they would deliver in the price they said they were going to deliver so it met my expectations. It was a retail purchase point of sale.

Cost was exactly as estimated.  Window replacement was flawless, but I expected as much.  However, I felt they really went above and beyond with the craftsmanship and attention to detail when installing the new door.  The transition to our deck looks much nicer than it did previously and was well above expectations.    The only slight knock on the whole process was a slight scheduling mis-communication.  They did apologize and still got the work completed in the time frame originally stated.  Everything was very professional and I would definitely use Penny Window again.

Estimate was reasonable so we ordered the windows.  Took about 4 weeks from order date till install.  The installers arrived before 8:30 a.m., got right to work and were finished by 1:00 p.m.   They did great job and cleaned up area when finished.  We were very pleased with the whole experience.

The company came out to measure the door.  They told me the glass had to ordered stating how long it would take to fill the order.  When the glass was ready they called to set an installation appointment .  The repairman was on time.  The glass was replaced in 30 minutes that's including clean up.  I'm very ahppy with the work done by Penny Glass.

There was a bit of a miscommunication between the estimator and the men who performed the work. It ended up taking twice as long as estimated and they had to miss the job after us. However, they still did a great job and I love the windows. He even pointed out a small crack (I might not have noticed it myself) in the plastic of one of the windows (it had come that way from the manufacturer), and let us know he'd be back once they had ordered a new one and would switch it out. They were back 3 weeks later (it was a special order) and swapped it out in 5 minutes. My only gripe was that they left a bit of a mess on the roof outside our window (it was very difficult to get the existing windows out). In their defense, however, there was snow on the roof and it was probably near impossible to see it/clean it until the snow had melted away. When he returned to swap out the window he was happy to clean it up.

It's two weeks later and I've heard nothing back from them. They originally told be it'd be two weeks after the estimate to get the windows in, but after calling them myself they are now saying it's going to be SIX weeks before the can come out and do the work. Plus, the $1000 charge for labor is way too much.

I called for an estimate - the person who set the appt was very friendly.  My appt was set for the day I could be off work.  I was pleased with the way they handled the estimate.  I thought I needed 3 new windows and they told me one could be repaired which would be less expensive.  I was pleased with the quote and gave them a deposit.  I was told they would call in 2 weeks to set up the install.  They did call back in 2 weeks and we set up the install within a few days.  The installers called about 30 minutes before the time of the appt and asked if it was ok to come out then and it was.  They worked quickly and efficiently - showed me how the windows work and the warrenty.  They also cleaned up well after themselves.  I will definately call on them again when I am ready to replace more windows.

The guys from Penny Window were fantastic.  They were on-time, professional, friendly and clean.  I had 11 windows replaced in my home and they had the job completely done in 7 hours.  They were very neat inside the house and outside as well.  I had skylights replaced and gutter covers installed by other companies the same day and everyone had to work around each other.  No one complained and everyone seemed to work together well.

Our experience with Penny Window was positive on all levels.  We needed a window pane replaced and they were completely familiar with the brand of window we have, offered us a competitive price, were prompt and fast with the work we had done.  I can't think of anything Penny Window could have done that would have made our experience more positive.

Good.  The workman arrived promptly and inspected the window completely.  He explained to me how the window worked in my home and how I could maintain it.  He did not believe that the window was leaking, but thought it was another problem and gave me several ideas on how I might be able to remedy it.  One of his ideas turned out to be the problem and we were able to fix it.  He was very helpful in figuring out what was causing our problem.

I contacted Penny Window after calling many different companies.  When Penny came for the estimate, they were on time and very knowledgeable.  They did not spouting off all types of terms to try and get me to buy their window.  Their estimate was very reasonable so I went with them.  They said the window would take 3 weeks to get in and that was exactly right.  The appointment was then set up to install.  They were supposed to arrive between 8-8:30.  They came as scheduled and completed the work in a timely, professional, and clean manner.  I would definitely recommend Penny Window.
