Scapular Engineering Firm

I’m not sure why the app wouldn’t let me leave 5 full stars. This engineer was amazing. I recently bought a home I wanted to open up. I had my bright idea but needed professional advice. This engineer is professional, well spoken, has great knowledge of the subject. Just know it not his job to come over and do the work. He answered all my questions. Gave suggestions and asked for my info. I became very ill during the process, and the engineer followed up to see if he was still needed. Yes. I went so far as to remove drywall from a small area. Then while waiting for my roofer one morning and it hit me. I could not move this wall within my budget as the heat and air had to be relocated.I even have a beautiful island on the way. Lol. The engineer explains every step of the process. You do not need previous construction experience to understand what he is saying while it certainly helps. My heart was set on this project but sometimes you encounter a problem that your budget won’t handle. As far as my faith in the Engineering firm, I was at 100%. I had not noticed all that was on this “blank” wall. If I had followed every step in order, the engineer would have pointed out my road block. Actually it’s not even a road block but a speed bump. Unfortunately by the time I got to the kitchen I had already encountered some speed bumps and was over budget. If you want to make a structural changes to your home I strongly recommend this professional.

Jacob was prompt with his response, continued to be responsive throughout the process, provided the detailed report the same day, and was always very kind. My husband is very picky about who helps with home projects, being in the business himself, and he was nothing but compliments about Jacob. He offered several solutions for our leaky basement issue that we are now working through with a foundation company. He even listed the solutions from least to most expensive/invasive.
