They did an excellent job. They were on time and the price was great with the special.

There had been some confusion regarding the gutter guards and how that was going to cost quite a bit more than originally quoted in the groupon offer. He honored my groupon price, in spite of the issue, because it had not been specified in the groupon. Since he had been so rational about the misunderstanding I split the difference with him.

PAIN.... the worst service ever... completely disorganized and a disgrace they are even allowed to sell their services as a "BIG DEAL"

Everything went well, Before I could call they had actually came to clean the gutters. I could tell right away they were cleaner because there was water flowing through the gutter instead of water running down the side of the house. I can't really comment on much because I didn't see them do the job I just know the finished product and it was easy for me - once I bought the Big Deal it was pretty much all done.

At time of estimate told me he would provide me with contract never got one. Started late morning and did not leave until 11:00 PM. Had two painters plus Michael, who basically left and did not return till late in the day. Next day in the light of day there were areas that were not covered and some work agreed upon was not done. Agreed to come back and fix the problems, but only did touch ups did not fix all the problems. Very unhappy with the paint job and will have to have it repainted when I can afford to hire another painter.

Got a call from him to set up an appointment for July 23rd but he missed and then I called him on the same day after he didnt show up. He told me he would call me back but never did. I went on vacation for a week tried to call him again but he seemed he didnt want to talk to me told me he would call back again and still hasn't.

Everything went well. He did a very professional job, showed up on time and even in this heat that we have been having. The price was reasonable as well and he was able to explain to me what he was doing and why.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from the initial phone call through the completion of their work of gutter cleaning. On one instance they even had to force flush the gutter as it was partially clogged. This they did free of cost although it was not part of the work package that we purchased. Michael's employee Mr. Joe, took the time to make sure that the job was done perfectly, even though it took extra time and effort from him. I will recommend them.

It was a Big Deal that we purchased. It was fine. The man showed up when he was supposed to and did a good job. They talked to me before they did the work.

Excellent! Michael and his team were courteous, efficient and did high quality work at our home. In one day, Michael knocked out what would have taken my wife and I two weeks to accomplish in our "spare time" - and we wouldn't have done as good of a job. It's been a few weeks since they finished and we are still commenting on how good the house looks. If time, money and quality are important to you, then Michael and his team are definitely worth giving a call.

I purchased one of the deals advertised through Angie's List, so it took them a while to get back to me after I initially contacted them via e-mail -- but I knew they would be overwhelmed with requests. Once they got back to me, everything proceeded quickly and professionally. I got a call in the afternoon and they were there by the end of the day. The workers were courteous, professional and very informative. It turned out that my gutters didn't have much that needed to be cleaned out, but it was worth the money to have someone go up on the roof and tell me what was there!

Bought the Big Deal for $75 and saw the note about possible additional charge for taller homes. Called and confirmed the additional $50 charge prior to purchase. On day of service Michael called to say he was running late and would be about 1 hour later than scheduled. Was at home for a little over an hour. For gutter cleaning be flexible on the time. Some jobs run longer than others, especially if you buy a deal and he hasn't seen the home to give an estimate.

Michael called to set up an appointment. He confirmed the appointment ahead of time, arrived promptly, introduced himself and his workers. The work was completed in a quick, neat manner. I would use this company again.

As always, Michael is excellent. He was very prompt and his attention to detail is good. He made sure I was happy with the finished product before he left.

I contacted Michael?s Work and they said that they were going to come out for May 28 th. Once we realized that this was Memorial Day. I contacted him on June 2 nd and we agreed on June 4th, but he did not show up. Late last week stopped by and he found some additional work that needed to be done he explained that there would be an extra charge and left his business card. He said it would be about $75 to replace the screens on the gutters. I called him again and he said that he would come on June 12 at 8:30 and I am still waiting at 11:30 for him to show up.

It went very well. He showed up on time and did a very good job. They are very professional and have been satisfied every time I've used them. I would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a Gutter cleaning deal. I called him every day for over a week and never go a hold of him. He has no official voice mail set up, just a generic one, which is usually full. When the voice mail box was not full, i left several messages and got no call back. Calling Angies List now for a refund.

He promptly returned my call. He was extremely courteous. He arrived as scheduled. His work was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend him. Very satisfied.

After my original conversation and appointment, no one showed up to do the gutter cleaning. I had to call several more times to reschedule our gutter cleaning with no success. Finally I called and left yet another message to send me a refund check instead of trying to reschedule another appointment for the fourth time. Against my wishes, they showed up the next day while I was at work and cleaned the gutters instead of issuing me a refund check like I had asked for.

Mike contacted me to set up an appointment and then called back the day before to verify. He was prompt and professional. I am very pleased with the work I received, and I would definitely consider Mike's Work for other jobs.

I first contacted them on Friday 5/11/2012. He stated he would call me back with an appointment time. He did not. I called again on Monday 5/14/2012 and he set up an appointment for Thursday 5/17/2012. I emailed him the details and address and asked for a confirmation of the appointment time and the price. I did not get a return email. I had to cancel 5-16-2012 at 1:30 pm. Very poor communication.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Mike and the overall job he did. I will definitely keep him in mind again when I need work done.

They did awesome. Very respectful too. They were prompt too.

The price was affordable and the job went really well. We're still very happy with it. I would definitely recommend him.
