Called FItzgerald's for an estimate and they came out the same day, unlike every other company we called (3-5 days)! Their estimate was lower than the others by about $200, so we booked the repairs with Fitzgerald. The only problem was they took about a week longer to get to our roof than they said. The guys came out and fixed all the problems very quickly. Would definitely use Fitzgerald roofing again.

Mr. Fitzgerald fixed a problem with my roof two years ago. I had a similar leak and asked him to come out and look at his repair work. He came out the very next day and checked the work to see if it was holding. he determined that the leak in the house was not due to the roof and recommended a contractor to look for other reasons.

Dennis came out and provided a bid immediately. After the work was scheduled they came out and completed the job in 1 day. I have had no problems and would definitely use him again.

Excellent experience--Dennis either answered the phone right away or called back promptly. He made an appointment on the spot to come and take a look in a day or so, and sent an estimate quickly. He was on time, and so were the two workers who did the work (less than a day and a half total time). A small additional repair was offset by not needing to correct one area of flashing, so no extra cost. They cleaned up beautifully. They were all pleasant and courteous. I also received the invoice promptly, and was happy to pay it immediately. I definitely recommend Fitzgerald Roofing.

Mr. Fitzgerald responded quickly to my request for a bid, coming the next day (as I recall) to investigate, going both up on the roof and into my house to see where the leak was. I received his bid very quickly, perhaps the next day, and accepted. The work was scheduled easily and completely promptly, which I appreciated. My only complaint is that I had trouble getting through to Mr. Fritzerald on his cell phone. I kept getting re-routed to voicemail and then dropped. I tried 3-4 times before getting through. Dennis aid there was a problem with the phone, and once we got in touch, all went well.

I called for an estimate. Mr. Fitzgerald came out promptly and gave me a thorough analysis of why we were having small leaks. He sent an estimate which I signed an returned. He called to give a date to do the work and kept his word. The whole process took a couple of weeks.

Dennis Fitzgerald came to my house within two days of my phone call. He located the problem on my roof immediately. And then he went back up on the roof and temporarily repaired the problem until it could be fixed properly. His bid was much lower than another well known roofing company.

They did a very good job and I was happy with their quality of service. The crew was very professional, courteous and friendly. They came on time and finished the work in timely manner. They also cleaned everything after the work was done. I was a good experience working with them.

Dennis was at my door an hour after my initial call whereas other companies had taken a week and a half to come by. He got on the ladder and a fire escape to get to my roof and it turned out that he doesn't work on Flat roofs. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and referred me to another roofer. Dennis is very personable and comes across as being an honest businessman. I have slate roof in the front and when I have problem with it I will make sure and give him a call again.

They always show up when they say they're going to and they always do a good job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

He was very punctual and very responsive. The insurance company we were dealing with gave us an estimate, but the numbers didn't match up in terms of the math so he came back and talked with the adjuster to come up with a good estimate.

He is great and helps me plan effectively. Really good guy. His pricing is very fair, I have done some comparison shopping and he is great. I have used him on several projects. He has helped me for 5 years straight. Every year it is at least $1,000. It is just the nature of the beast.

I've never felt compelled to submit a report before, but if you ever need roofing work done, I highly recommend Fitzgerald Roofing. Dennis Fitzgerald is wonderful. This turned out to be more than just a simple leak, and he couldn't have been more accommodating or pleasant to work with. Everything was taken care of in a professional manner and we couldn't be more happy with the result.

The first company I called gave me a quote of $100-$200 without even looking on the roof. My daughter suggested I call Angie's List for another company. Fitzgerald Roofing was able to come out within a couple hours of my call. Mr. Fitzgerald got on the roof, saw the problem and fixed it right away. I asked him what the charge was, and he told he there was no charge! That to me is just incredible! I would recommend this man to anyone!

They did a good job and they were courteous. We were satisfied with them.

We did not select Fitzgerald to do the work, but I must give them an A+ on being willing to come check out possible damage to our roof and not charge us for the visit. Another roofing company wanted $300 to make an emergency stop to check for damage after our roof was hit by a tree. Fitzgerald gave us peace of mind after a traumatic experience. Their bid was one of the lowest, and we weren't sure if their proposal included everything that the other companies planned to do. It's one of the first times in my life I have not chosen the low bid. I have heard very good things about Fitzgerald.

THEIR ESTIMATOR WAS JUST OUTSTANDING. THEY WERE VERY THROUGH AND I DID NOT HIRE THEM ONLY BECAUSE THEIR PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER.

FOR ROOFERS, THEY'RE EXTRAORDINARILY NEAT.
