Easter Fence, Deck & Renovations

The completed deck was beautiful and we are very proud of it. The quality of the workmanship and materials was excellent, and the workmen did excellent work. They showed up early each morning, worked steadily for 8 hours, and were friendly and polite. They even laid down Masonite on our newly completed patio under the deck to protect it. When the project was completed they cleaned up thoroughly, removed everything, and even washed down the deck and steps to remove footprints. We would highly recommend the company for quality and integrity..

We are very happy with our new fence. The crew leader, Mathew R., is a hardworking, knowledgeable and a professional leader. He was nice and responsive to our requests. Jobsite was always safe and clean.

It was a very big project and it look 4 1/2 days to accomplish. I was extremely pleased with the great job the team working on the fence. Matt and his teammate were great - very hard workers. I would highly recommend Easter Fencing for anyone looking for a new fence.

We're having a privacy fence put up, one of those white vinyl ones. We called around last year to other places to get bids. We called Lowe's and we called several other places and we never had it done and then we called this place this year. The cheapest bid last year we had was $6000. This company actually just does this, just does fences. So that's why I went with them. I didn't even think about them honestly last year. Actually, I thought they would be too high, since they just do fences. She called them and we got a bid. It was $400 over last year's lowest bid.

Russ was prompt, professional, and pleasant. I liked that he wasn't pushy at all when I was shopping around for bids and always got back to my call or email within a day. The project started 6 weeks late due to the weather but we are very happy with the finished product. There was an additional cost that had to be added due to pillars being in worse condition than he had initially thought, but he was reasonable and worked with me on the additional cost.

We contacted Easter Fence and several other companies for a bid on replacing an existing wooden privacy fence. We selected Easter Fence to do the work based on the excellent reviews we had read about the company online and the favorable and competitive price they quoted. We were glad that we chose Easter because everyone with whom we dealt, from Dan, the outside sales rep, Ryan, the scheduler, Sue in billing, and Jay, the painter, were extremely courteous, efficient, and responded promptly to all of our questions. The crew who did the actual fence installation was also exceptionally neat and went out of their way to be careful since the fence bordered a neighbor's yard where there was extensive landscaping that needed to be protected during the removal of the old fence and the installation of the new fence. They did an excellent job in spite of the 90+ heat wave that occurred during our installation! The fence looks great and we are very pleased we chose Easter to do the work. We highly recommend them.

On 7-13-16 I called Easter Fence for an estimate for replacing our wooden fence. Current wooden fence is 29 years old, surrounds two large lots, and doesn't look too bad. Matt Easter called for an appointment the next day. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He gave us several options for materials and design and gave us the various written estimates before he left, ranging from $6875 to about $10,000. We decided not to replace our fence at this time because it would cost more than we expected, however we will call Easter again when we can no longer ignore the condition of the old fence.

Great! Workers arrived one day, removed old fencing & installed new posts. They returned next day and installed new fencing. They even repaired another part of the fence not in the contract.

Great job. Took almost six weeks to receive service due to long waiting list. Offered to supply temporary fix if needed while waiting. Completed timely as promised.

I didn’t like the type of fence that they will use for the price and anything else would have been a lot more expensive. But I had a good interaction with them and the quote was very detailed.

They never bothered to call me back, I guess the job was too small for them, a good business would have just called me back to let me know. I called a few other places that were at least honest & told me it would be below their job minimum. The date was an approximate

The salesman, Jimmie, was friendly, professional and on time. He gave clear answers to our questions and wasn't pushy. The installation was delayed due to rain, but he kept us informed. The crew did beautiful work, cleaned up their mess, and even dug an extra hole for me that I requested for a garden statue. The finished fence is beautiful! We couldn't be more pleased.

They were very fast, clean, and the workmanship was very good.

They were highly experienced and used good judgement on how to angle the pieces of fence as they were going up and down the hill in our yard.

Easter Fence worked with my general contractor and installed a fence on one side of my yard. I called a year later to get an estimate for doing the other side. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK! My neighbor had the same experience!

We are very happy with the job that Easter Fence did for us. We had a few issues along the way, but they resolved all of them to our satisfaction. The biggest issue that we faced was that our "self-latching" gates that we paid extra for would not close on their own, and the gates were not aligned properly. In the end, everything was fixed without a lot of aggravation. We would use them again.

Easter did everything asked to do at a fair price.

Fantastic! This company is above and beyond excellent. They were punctual to a fault, professional, thorough and the quality of the work is higher than expectations. I would not only recommend them for fencing but other work as well, although this is their specialty. The fences turned out beautifully in every aspect.

The salesperson, Jimmy, followed up same day on my initial call and came out to view the area and give me the proposal the next day. The installers were both courteous and professional and arrived as promised on the day of the installation. The aluminum gate is a much better solution than the wood gate I had, which was in horrible condition.

The experience was horrible. The quality of the work initially was very poor. I could tell the work was not supervisor by someone who was concerned with quality control. I contacted them and sent all the photos to a person at Easter fence in terms of getting corrections made. At first he was argumentative then he said he would send a sale person to do an inspection. He then agreed that the repairs I mentioned needed to be done and he sent out a crew as quickly as they good. He turned me into a satisfied customer. It makes you nervous to use someone again because you want the work done right the first time. I would be hesitant to use them again. The price was run of the mill. It was not the highest but not the lowest. It was standard.

It was a one day job - I wasn't home when it was installed so I cant' give you anymore detail.

Work was done professionally and in accord with both cost and time estimates.

The gate was askew after the installation and when I called about it, Lanny came out personally right away and fixed it for me. It's perfect now. They did as good job.
