This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The only reason there is a star, is because 0 was not an option. I bought a dryer with a 30 day warranty. Less than two weeks after purchasing it, it stopped working. They would not answer or return my calls for a week, so I went in. Instead of coming out and looking at it like their warranty says, they gave me a fuse to replace myself. That worked for 2 days. Called again, this time they had us buy the fuse for $20. This was still within the 30 days, so we should not have had to purchase anything. However, in order to avoid an argument, we paid. Again, that was a temporary few-day fix. For the past week (now past the 30 days) Matt, the owner, has not returned calls and has made an appointment for someone to come out, then they did not. Matt then called yesterday and advised it was our job to bring the dryer to him to look at. We did. I received a call today that the motor is bad (which will cost $75) and that the dryer was full of sawdust and sheet rock dust. I let him know we had a brand new vent and there is no sawdust or sheet rock dust in our finished basement. Also, we took the back off and there was nothing blocking it. Told him I do not feel we should have to pay this because if he would have came out within the 2 weeks the first time, he would have known it was the motor and it would still be within the warranty period. He then proceeded to scream at the top of his lungs that I am unprofessional, and my husband and father are as well. I asked him how so? I have not raised my voice once? He continued to scream at me and say "screw you" and "have one of those guys call me!". I let him know he is extremely unprofessional and disconnected the call. Matt is a greedy snake who does not honor his warranties and most definitely does not value his customers.
Description of Work: The owner Matt refuses to honor his warranties and will avoid contact until the 30 days is past. Along with cursing out his customers.
