Mr. Rooter Plumbing of St. Charles

Called company to repair leaking shower. They estimated $1300. Said must remove marble wall to get to leak and replace mixing valve and cartridge. My shower is a Delta faucet which does not have both a valve and a cartridge. Called another plumber who repaired leak for $200. Do not trust this company. They do not know what they are doing.

Michael did a great job. I appreciated his willingness to come back to work after his son’s baseball game (which was a win!) to fix our problem.

Technician ran into unexpected difficulties once the problem was identified and called in a member of the senior staff. Together they resolved the issue but it took a good deal of time and expense. I don't blame them, though, as I don't see what they could have done differently to make it any smoother.

The technician was professional. He identified the problem immediately and fixed it promptly. I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends.

I also hired then to do some sewer work and they were outstanding in spite of several setbacks. Will review that process separately.

The technician (Cody) did an excellent job determining the source/ location of the clogged drain and clearing it in a very timely fashion. Professional and personable. My only complaint was that my appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11 AM and the technician didn't arrive until noon. The office and the technician apologized for the inconvenience and deducted A portion of the bill as compensation which was appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and I would definitely recommend and use this company again should the need arise.

They were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. At 8:00 am I heard a knock on my door. I appreciate their prompt arrival and the workmen were polite and quietly did the water heater installation. I now have plently of hot water and am very pleased. When they first quoted the price, I thought it was high, but after checking with other providers, I think their price was fare and in line with others. Very satisfied with their work.

They came on the weekend. They helped identify which pipe needed to be turned off so the whole house wouldn't be affected. They came back the next day to install new shut off valves to replace the malfunctioning ones. It took longer than expected so they had to come back. They were professional, personable, explained the problem we were having (pipes were old and corroded) and cleaned up after themselves. They were great!

Have some leaking from the Tank to the floor which may be due to the leakage from the bolts holding the tank to the bowel. was told not able to fix and need to buy a new toilet. they maybe not familiar with the new toilet I bought, take them quite some time to figure it out. but in the end, they did a good job, very courteous and professional.
