Devin could not have been better. Professional, friendly, and competent. He arrived quickly, explained the situation, and price. He began his process and even cleaned up afterwards. Oh by the way, it was a beautiful sunny Sunday morning and not a hint of being bothered or put out. We will for sure recommend Mr. Rooter and rest easy they will not disappoint.

John was very nice and did a great job but the price was more than I expected. There were items needing to be installed I didn't take into account. Great Job done and I would use them again.

They called me first thing in the morning and John was there before 10. Then they worked it out that they were able to install my new water heater that day, within a few hours. They were courteousness and very professional. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

The repairman was informative and personable. An extra repair was added. He didn't have all of the needed parts, so had to leave twice to get them.

Initial contact and communication was excellent. Schedule timeframe was not as accurate and technician arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later that originally scheduled.
