Beseda matched a price quote from Barefoot Flooring. After working out schedules, Brian (the owner) came over a couple times to work on a template for a curved area requiring a custom reducer from the slate tile to the hardwood. They also matched, nearly perfectly, the new wood to the existing wood in an adjacent room. The age of the older wood is the only indication that the wood was installed separately. The installers matched the joints perfectly. They also worked diligently to get the custom reducer installed and did end up having to re-tile a few of the slate tiles, but the final result looks very nice.

Beseda personnel came to our home to measure our family room. They were very professional and prompt. After we selected the new carpeting, they gave us a full bid for the carpeting and installation. We scheduled the install. The installers showed up on time and immediately began to work on clearing the room. They stripped out the old carpeting and pad and carried it outside. The crew then installed the new padding and carpeting. They were efficient and professional the entire time they were here. We were very pleased with the carpeting itself, the crew, and the overall experience.

After I paid for everything I asked them when they are going to start the foyer. He insisted not to put the foyer in. The flooring in the laundry room was put it in wrong, and it was to short. I called him to see when they were going to come back at and fix it. He did not call me back until two weeks later. When they came back out and put the new flooring in the laundry room, it was done correctly. I told them I want the foyer put in now. They said they could put it in now but it would cost me extra. I told him I have the contract that shows I already paid for it. He said he had the contract that showed I didn t pay for the foyer. Overall, they did good work with the installation. However I am very upset they did not do the foyer. I would never use this company again.

After putting in the kitchen and bath flooring, the installer informed me that the foyer was not going to be put in until a later date. I called and talked to Clair (sales) and he said they would install it when I bought the wood flooring. The installer mis-measured and cut the vinyl wrong for the laundry room. I called about this and the owner came out and looked at the laundry room. I was told he didn't know what he was going to do yet and he would call me. I waited almost two weeks and he didn't call. I called and was told they were going to replace the vinyl in the laundry room instead of just the botched patch job that was done. They fixed the laundry room and I am pleased with that. I called again for the vinyl in the foyer and told them I wanted it put in before I shop for wood flooring. I was told "Okay," but he would have to figure what I would owe additionally to have it installed. When I told him I had already paid to have it installed, he insisted I had not and for the installer to make another trip out here, it would cost a lot. Frustration is putting it mildly. Even though my contract includes the foyer, it does not say in certain words "install". I was mislead into believing they would do all of the installation for the price I paid.

I was extremely happy with this flooring purchase and installation. They also did a very nice job installing the carpet on the stairway. I thought that what they charged us was very fair. They were also very friendly and courteous when they were working in my home.

They began the job on time and and actually spent extra time making sure everything was done perfectly. We were informed at every step of what was being done and how the job was moving along. During the messy process of tile installation, they kept the areas neat and left all their work materials out of the way neatly stacked. It was minimally inconvenient for us.

Their work was very good. All the edges were cut correctly, no gaps were showing and they ever moved the washer and dryer to cover underneath. We have been very satisfied.
