Description of Work: We had engineered wood floors installed in 6 rooms, a hallway and foyer. All had been carpeted previously. Base was truly helpful in selecting the right flooring for us with 2 dogs residing. We were able to take large samples of several floors home. They measured and made appropriate suggestions for our various rooms. The install was efficient and quality work done. They were easy to get a hold of when we had questions. We love our floors!! We highly recommend Basye's for quality materials and work.

Description of Work: Mike was very knowledgeable regarding the product I chose. He ordered four different color samples (several planks, each) so that I could get a better idea how the product would look in my home. The installers were prompt and courteous and did a great job. The clean-up was wonderful as well. The flooring looks amazing and I have already referred several people to Basye.

Description of Work: Everyone was great at Bayse, from the administrative assistant to the sales staff to the owner to the installers. Good people, obviously care about their work, and responsive to the individual needs of the customer. I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had all new floors put in on the main level of the house. Carpet, hard wood and tile were installed so it took about a week to finish. Tom was awsome! We had changed our minds on the tile several times and he was very patient. The floors look great and we wouldn't have changed a thing. We are definitely going to use them again in the future.

+ 1 moreMike came out, measured and took the information from the box of the wood floor that was already installed in our home. He listened to my questions and offered appropriate suggestions. It took me several months to get back with him and he stated the quoted price was still good. The guys that installed were prompt. When it was discovered early on that there was a problem installing the new floor to adjoin to the existing floor, the installer offered a solution and got the materials needed for that solution. When the installers were leaving, I offered them a tip which they promptly refused saying it was against their policy. I have never had anyone refuse an offered tip, but I appreciated the honesty.
Description of Work: Took up carpeting and replaced with hardwood floor in our master bedroom to match what was already in the house.

Description of Work: I purchased maple hardwood flooring from them after they got samples as requested. I installed myself.

Description of Work: Provided carpet and installation as contracted. Installation was on schedule and the installation team was professional and courteous. + -1 moreAfter the plan was drawn up and the appointment set, they were here at the right time and did exactly what they said they would. They did the job and cleaned up afterward. The tile work is very good and we're quite happy with it.
Description of Work: We had a tile backsplash installed in our kitchen. The guy came out to the house, brought samples, and drew up a plan free of charge.
