Washer and dryer were making loud noises. We call them for a price quote $68 service call for first one and 1/2 price on second one. Gave them a discription of problem and made an app. for that afternoon. They showed up at 4 pm and had both of them fixed in about 40 min. (yes they had the parts with them). New water pump on washer and 2 rollers on the dryer. Total price $218.85. Well worth it!

They were fine. They came when they said they would and fixed it. It worked. I would call them again as they came when they said they would and fixed it. So I assume that they would do the same for other people. They were pretty much on time.
