I thought the repairman was very personable and businesslike he checked out my furnace to find out what else was wrong and he repaired that it was just a wiring that came disconnected he just replaced the connector didn't charge an arm in a lake and I would say very courteously

My Ecobee thermostat was already installed. I called to get assistance in replacing a fuse. I was charged the full price of Ecobee installation. Not happy about that.

I had a fan on my central A/C go out. Shawn came to my home on the same day and found the problem. He went to the additional trouble to find out I still had time on my warranty. Thanks to his help the cost was cut by more than half. I would highly recommend this company. They had a service agreement that was better and less than I was paying A.B. May. G. Wilkins
