This man was called 3 times for leaks. First leak at the faucet...he blames water pressure. Second leak at the Topper. He blamed water pressure. We called topper. The filter wasn't clicked in tight. Third time out again leak and he blamed water pressure. The fitting was cracked, possible was tighted too hard & cracked. But he keeps saying water pressure. He said my husband was ignorant and had no clue what he was talking about. He is ignorant to woman. I don't like having him here when I'm alone. He's always angry & treats you like you're stupid. I had to get my husband on the phone last 2 visits because of how angry he is. He was asked to remove the system & return money per guarantee...he refused. Don't hire this guy. He can't admit he's wrong nor will he stand behind his guarantee. Horrible sorry I bought from him. His sales man called me and he quit because of this mans attitude.

They were knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood everything prior to purchase and before leaving after the installation was complete. Only improvement I would recommend is showing up at the agreed upon time. Everett, Ron and Bill were all very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Bill was very professional. We've had under the sink systems for over 25 years. This was an issue I did not know how to fix by myself. Bill not only diagnosed the problem and fixed it, but he educated me on upkeep and new systems when we will eventually need another. Yes, I will do business with this company again.
