Ryan came out to give a free estimate and kept me informed once I accepted his bid for the work. The guys on the crew were courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. It was fascinating watching the crew work the pulleys that gently let the large limbs down from the tree top.

Dealing with Jays was the best experience I have ever had when hiring someone in the service industry. They were fast, professional, fair and excellent in the service they provide. After a lightning strike took down a large tree in my front yard, they were the first to respond, gave me a fantastic quote and had a crew out shortly after to help me with the tree removal and mess. I had a large maple removed from my residential property; these guys were masters at their trade the entire time. Friendly, professional, everyone was dressed really good for tree removal (which I think speaks highly of the company name Jay's); and they just did an outstanding job overall. It was really an interesting spectacle to watch how this team of Pros brought down such a large tree with absolute precision. I mean like tree surgeons- no doubt. All of Jay's equipment is in top shape and looking good- very reputable outfit. If I ever need tree service again, this is my Go To Team! And it should be yours too.
