Integrity Tree Care covers a variety of services for your outdoor needs, Tree service, removal, trimming, pruning cable and brace, stump grinding, disease diagnosis and treatment, planting etc. Landscaping: New, tear out and replace, design, plant health care, etc. Lawn care: We also have a division that takes care of both residential and commercial mowing,seeding, verticutting and aeration. Snow Removal: We provide only commercial snow removal and salt applications.

Everything went fine. They were prompt. They were here exactly when they said they would. They did exactly what they said they'd do. They cleaned up when they were done.

Integrity trimmed the dead branches from three large oak trees and two silver maple trees. They did a great job with all the trees.
- As well as disposal and clean up. The price was very good compared to several other quotes we received. The quotes ranged heavily for the same job. I would definitely recommend Integrity Tree Care.

It went very well. They had a very decent price, they have a very good price. They did what they said they would do. I have a privacy fence that I did not want taken down but they didn't have to take it down, they didn't hurt anything, they were very careful about what they did and they did a great job. I though they were fine, they came, they behaved themselves, and they were great. We had a date set that's when they made the date, there's a bit of rain even though they probably have to put it off which they did because they have to drive up in my yard, which they asked permission if they could do. They didn't want to tear the yard up so they didn't actually do the work the day they said they would but I knew going in that could change and so as soon as I can get in my place, they did and they did a wonderful job.

They are really good. They have arborist so they know what to do about the trees. They are knowledgeable and caring about getting it done right. It’s been like three years ago in the spring when they’ve done the job. We have limb down from the storm so we have them removed it.

Our communications with John about the damage caused by his employee were unsatisfactory and we were very disappointed that he did not take responsibility for the damage that was done. We ended up settling with him rather than prolonging our dispute because we wanted to put the matter behind us.
We obviously would no longer recommend Integrity Tree Care because of this experience. John needs to train his crew to take the same care he would take if he were doing the job.

"I am Completely disappointed and shocked by this review. This customer performed a complete walk around and was present the entire time the work was performed and paid upon completion, then cancelled their check. I ( John ) went to their house looked at their railings that had scuffs on top of the entire rails all the way around the deck over areas we did not work and just decided to give a discount of 120.00 of the requested 700.00 discount to do a full rail replacement to an already scuffed railing as for the 2 grease spots on the deck her huband said he was forced to move his grill to the garage because of grease dripping. Her husband and her both seemed satisfied and wrote me a new check for the adjusted amount and they asked me for another estimate for more detailed work and asked for my presence on the next job. After I left they cancelled another check and in writing via emails they informed me of the cancellation and demanded almost 400.00 off for 8 gallons of grease stain remover and that I pay for it. ( anyone can make a request for my copies of he email correspondence between myself and this customer to verify my Integrity) The end result was the customer paid in plus they reinbursed the 2 return check fees to avoid legal action because they knew they were in the wrong and that they had pushed extortion beyond its limits. In a sense I had never worked with or met [member name removed] wife before this encounter. As a person I was laughed at for being a Christian and mocked. [member name removed] was nice to deal with and ultimately emailed and wrote me a letter paying in full to the original amount plus 70.00 fee for the 2 cancelled checks minus the 120.00 unwarranted discount. We lost 120.00 for nothing more than a possible scuff that had to be seen in the right light. We do our best to avoid any and all dissatisfaction from any customer and follow both the recommendation from the tree care industry association, the ansi standards for tree pruning and performed the best work for both you and your trees possible."

From the get go Integrity was very professional and prompt. I called Friday evening after being stood up by another tree company. Integrity came to our house within hours with a written estimate. After a simple text message back we had work set up for today. They showed up promptly this morning. The men were very professional and explained what they were doing and why. They gave us advice on how to best go forward with our damaged trees. I am very satisfied with their quick work and also how they took care to rake our yard and clean up every last twig.

I had two large dying trees and got several bids to have them removed. Integrity was not the lowest, but very close. I was impressed by the owner's professionalism and punctuality. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what was needed with my yard, and gave me several suggestions about other things I could do to make my yard look better, and how to water effectively. The crew showed up exactly on time to do the work, and worked very efficiently. When they were finished, you could hardly tell someone had been there. All the debris was cleared away, and now, 3 months later, my yard looks so much better. I would use Integrity again in the future!
