Had several quotes for the replacement of my water heater. Hosack plumbing was in line with most of the quotes but they included all the extras that some companies did not. Darrin arrived on time and was friendly and did a fast and professional job. I even had a small leak in one of my cold water pipes that he repaired and he also replaced my gas exhausts pipes. both of these where not part of the original quote but where done for me at no additional charge. I would highly recommend this company for great service and a fair price.

Steve (the owner) came out within 2 hours of my call and was able to repair my gas leak within an hour all with a friendly and professional manner. He explained the costs to me prior to performing the work and it actually ended up costing LESS than estimated. Honest and professional! I will definitely keep their number on my fridge and recommend them to my friends and family.

Foolishly, I tried to install my new garbage disposal and I broke a pipe in the process. I tried calling four other companies before contacting Steve only to reach a voicemail and then be told that I couldn't be serviced for a couple of days. When I called Steve, he was there in 15 minutes. He was polite, efficient, and cost-effective. He even tried a few free tricks before we decided that a repair was absolutely necessary. I would happily recommend him to anyone, and I will be using him for any plumbing project in the future.

They did their best to return my yard to the best condition possible. The project actually was completed for LESS than the original bid. Very impressed with this company! Best bid by far. Other company bid 3 TIMES as much
