I had to reschedule due to emergency and Steve was very accomodating. He arrived on time, was very professional and patient/friendly with my "non standard size sink hole". Steve also cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company to all family and friends.

I believe they did a great job. I appreciated the timely manner in which the job was performed and all of the workers were polite and professional. I already recommended Steve Hosack to my daughter for her plumbing needs and have asked him to do another bathroom project for us. My husband was pleased with the work as well. Steve was very nice. He was prompt, courteous, gave me a bid,did the wrok that was required, cleaned up the mess and did it in a short amount of time.

The servicemen romoved their shoes after working outside before entering our home. They also made sure everything was in working order before they left. Steve was on time, professional, and tenacious to get the job done right. He experienced a component problem on the new hot water heater he had just installed, but he didn't leave my home until it was done right, even at the cost of rescheduling other appointments on his calendar that day. When he did leave, the work site was spotless making it a truly turn-key job. I'm happy to discover Steve and will certainly call him in the future when I have plumbing needs.
