His name was Terry Meyer. He knows what he is doing. I have had a problem with it every year, except this year. He has to put in Freon every year. I wanted him to come out and service it. I work at the hospital and he doesn't like coming out because, he doesn't like the hospital. He was really rude. I regret buying that air conditioner. It was losing coolant. The blower fan went out. Terry even admitted that it shouldn't be running that way. He carried on about where I work. I spent a lot of money on that air conditioner and he didn't want to service it. It was a bad experience. He didn't charge me anything. It was the same problem over and over. He always came out but gave me the run around on the phone. I wouldn't call him again. I used someone else because, I didn't want to deal with him again. I get the feeling that he is getting ready to retire and doesn't care. I live in a mobile home so they have to pull everything out, fix it, and then put everything back. If you have a regular home he is probably good.
