GE Plumbing and Mechanical LLC

Great.  Service provider was professional and courteous.  Worked with warranty company to get services covered.  Left the house clean.  Paid $200 for them to replace the toilet (which I feel is a little high considering I purchased the toilet separately).  I think they should have hauled off the old toilet for that price.

George and his team were assigned to our Home Buyer's Warranty repair work for our hot water heater.  They quickly diagnosed the problem, made the necessary initial repairs, and were friendly and professional through the entire process.  When another, unrelated issue happened with the hot water heater a bit later, George and Charles were able to work with the Home Buyer's Warranty company to make sure the repairs were also covered, were at our home quickly and promptly, and finished the work to our satisfaction.
Although GE Plumbing and Mechanical were "chosen" for us by the Home Buyer's Warranty company, we will happily choose George and Charles again for other plumbing needs in the future.

I have a disabled husband and many people enter our home and see us as an easy mark as they know he is unable to get down the steps or perform any repairs.  That is what had happened leading up to this, and I was very leery about having another plumber in the home.
Charles and his partner at GE Plumbing made me feel better instantly.  They were extremely kind and attentive, and explained what they were doing and why my plumbing could have these issues.  They were professional but also extremely friendly.  They also treated my husband with respect, and didn't talk around him or as though he was a piece of furniture.
I cannot imagine using another plumbing company.
