Wow. Weâ re so happy and impressed with your work and your crew. I highly recommend you and your company to do tree service and stump grinding. The crew was respectful and caring about my house and yard. The owner Joe Swenson is a man of his word. My house looks great because of the great work.

Twin Rivers was reasonably priced and did the job less than a week after I agreed to accept the bid. Their crew was polite and did a great job of cleaning up

They were able to get their equipment into the back yard, remove the tree and cleanup wit hno problem.

Job was executed very quickly after the initial estimate and the yard was cleaned up afterwards.

Joe provided a detailed quote and showed me his insurance and bonding paperwork first thing. The crew brought down a large pin oak, ground out the stump, and removed all the debris with minimal disruption of the adjacent plants and two 25 year old Japanese maples. I had a cheaper bid, but I also had several higher. I appreciated Joe's responsiveness to phone calls and the service approach of his team.

They provided a detailed quote. Showed us their insurance and bonding paperwork. They were timely and efficient. They were very careful. There was no damage to the lawn. They cleaned up beautifully, I would be happy to use them in the future if the need arrises.

When we were reviewing the price quote the first thing Joe gave me was his insurance coverage. Very impressive. He asked the right questions and provided enough information that helped me add removing an old fence plus two trees at my other house. The price was more than fair and the workmanship was first rate. He provided a Lien Waiver, too. As a Realtor, I will recommend him without reservations.

The crew showed up on time, and seemed to do a good job but rushed the job. A large pin oak was removed and the crew finished by noon. With the rushed job, there was unnecessary damage to my property and another tree in the property. They promised to clean up **every gall* but left a mess on the ground, requiring 2 solid hours of work to make the property mowable. When my husband contacted Joe Swenson, all he said was **sorry** That was all he said. As they were finished by noon, they could have taken extra care. Definitely a rushed job and also not the lowest bid. I do not necessarily fault the crew. They answer to the owner.

They were great to work with. Prompt courteous and did a great job and exactly what I asked for. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. In fact a friend of mine living in a condo complex came by while they were working and she took their information for work she needs done .
