They did a good job removing a tall dead tree from a difficult location. Cleaned up and asked me to do a walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. Would recommend them to my friends.

"Twin Rivers tree service" is the best ever. An accurate detailed contract plus they provided me a copy of their certificate of liability insurance. I had a huge, at least 40' tall, red oak tree to cut down and haul away plus some pruning on a Elm tree. The team arrived ready to go to work with all the necessary equipment on hand plus a five man team of very hard working guys who completed the job in four hours, and that included cleaning up! Since I had pruning done over a neighbors house they even got up on the roof and blew off the sawdust. THEY ARE THE BEST, HANDS DOWN.

There were 2 different companies , the other one was JV based on the invoices/estimates. Yes, they showed up on time and took the tree down without having it fall on the house but the yard was all dug up, there were piles of saw dust and the guys left their McDonalds wrappers for me to pick up. The original estimate was $2850 but they left an un-itemized invoice for $3250. I think JV did the estimate and then farmed it out to Twin River but I can't be sure. I reseeded the grass and stomped down the ridges and trenches from where the tree was dragged so it's mostly OK now. I called the next day because they left a big length of trunk in the front yard and I wanted to keep it. If you cut out a quarter round it would have been a nice bench for passers-by, but I got the answering machine and it was taken away. Since they couldn't explain the difference between the estimate and invoice they accepted payment for the estimate amount.

They did not show up on the day they were scheduled, but came 3 days later. That was disappointing, which is why I rated their customer service lower. However, they responded to the work request before any other company, and the work itself was done in a professional manner, so I would recommend them if you aren't in a rush for service.

I got a few bids for the tree removal. After about a week I called to schedule them, and they were able to come out that very same day. It was amazing!!

They were very responsive. Joe came out looked at trees and made recommendations which were astute. Did a amazing job. Was very about the knowledge on the project. Will use in the future definitely .
