Joe's team was efficient. Project timing was a bit off, but we had irregular weather to deal with. Joe even gave me advice about the condition of my fascia boards once the offending tree was removed and the boards were visible.

Professional, efficient and reasonable price. I got bids from three companies on home adviser, and Joe was very honest about some limbs that don't even require works. Highly recommended.

They came out and gave me a bid for three trees that I wanted taken down at a rental property in the city. When I saw their bid, I asked them to go back out and give me a bid on the remaining two trees as well. They went out to start the project the day I signed the contract. They did a nice job and the yard was left with no tree debris. I would certainly recommend Twin Rivers Tree to others and will plan on using them again, should the need arise.

Twin Rivers Tree Service removed a tree, two additional stumps, and trimmed another large maple tree for me. They conducted themselves in a professional manner the entire time, were very easy to communicate with, and left my yard in the same condition they found it in - all for a great price. I've already recommended them to a few of my friends.

I would recommend Twin Rivers to anyone needing tree work - they showed up, did the work in a very safe and professional manner, cleaned up every twig and leaf, were patient and informative when I kept asking questions. They took down a 60-year-old ash tree several stories high, and not one branch fell on the house. The owner, Joe, was friendly and helpful when I set up the removal. I will certainly call this company in the future for tree service.

They did a great job. They came on time and did a great job. They were also very accommodating and cut out some other small trees I requested to have cut. They cleaned up well. And to top it off, they were really nice guys. I will certainly will hire them again.

My experience with Twin Rivers was wonderful. Showed up on time and left my yard very clean. I will be hiring them again in about a month to remove one more tree and some brush area. I have and would recommend this company to anyone.

Cut down and removed stumps on 5 trees, They were very nice and cleaned up everything. Was also the best price I received and the guys did a few extra things like remove a brach from 2 other trees and removed some other stumps. I would deftly recommend them.

They cut down a huge maple tree. Twin Rivers were concise and prompt.

Ours was an emergency situation and we were fortunate that Twin River Tree Service was in our area and finished their prior job with enough time to get to our location. The job foreman drove the bucket truck across our front lawn, between trees and between trees and retaining walls in a space so tight I did not think it was going to be possible. The crew used protective tracks under the truck tires to prevent any damage to our moist lawn. Moving the tracks and guiding the truck was tedious for the crew but we could tell that they had performed this "dance" many times. It probably took the crew more time to drive the bucket truck in and out than it did to remove the fallen limb which was no easy feat; but, all members of the crew worked to ensure that their safety and the safety of our property were priorities. We will have them back to remove the rest of the tree if that becomes necessary.

The men taking down the tree were very polite and respectful and professional which was the first thing my wife told me. Highly recommend Twin Oaks.
