Joe Swenson gave us a very competitive bid for the work. His team showed up on date, on time and in uniform. They took down four big trees, three bushes and ground the stumps. This is an excellent professional tree service business. Clean-up was impeccable. I highly recommend Twin River Tree Service.

Joe showed up as promised and gave me an estimate that was within the amount I wanted to spend. Did the work the next day.

By far the best price of any of the bidders. And the tree trimming work looks outstanding. I didn't give them a 5 for their work because they did a very poor job of cleaning up the yard afterwards. Customer service was horrible. They never called to tell me they were coming for the bid, they just showed up. Then when they came to do the work they were over an hour late and just walked through my neighbor's yard to my back yard, not even stopping at my door to say they were there.

Joe was great to work with and his hard working crew did a wonderful job in taking down some large trees and cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

They were the most competitive bid that we received. They had the proper equipment and knew what they were doing. It was a big job, but they completed it to our satisfaction.

Although my tree "came down" for a very low price, I was very unhappy with the communication and punctuality of this service. They told me it would be a full day's work, but down in a day. It ended up taking three days. They promised they'd show up every day at 9. The first two days they arrived at 2:30 and the last day they arrived at 11. I was really irritated.

Very Professional ! Very competitive price. Best price of 4 bids. I had 3 very large trees situated very close to the house and wires in the way. Joe brought them down without so much as a scratch on the house, and missed all the wires. Excellent Job!!! Went above and beyond to protect mine and my neighbors property.
