They showed up on time and began work. To my suprise Doug the owner was there all day supervising his workers. They finished around 7:30 that night "Including replacing all the decking to." I didnt think replacing my roof would make my house look better but with the new color and the type of shingles they used it looks AWSOME !

The ceiling in one of my rooms developed a leak last night (4-26-16) during the hard rains. I found Restoration Roofing through Home Advisor. Doug Soper from Restoration Roofing called immediately and made an appointment to check the roof and see what the problem was. He cleaned out the guttering and said, in his opinion, adding another gutter downspout in that area should prevent any more leaks and that a local handyman could probably install one cheaper than he could due to the distance he would have to travel. He said the roof was in good shape and he even cleaned out an accumulation of debris. I asked what I owned him and he said there would be no cost and to let him know if there were any more problems. Mr Soper was prompt, courteous, helpful and honest, and I highly recommend him for these reasons.

Doug was very professional and courteous. He was at my house the entire time the roof was being repaired. My property was clean and spotless from all debris from the repairs. When it's time to replace my roof completely I will definitely be calling Restoration Roofing.

At 63 years of age I have had several homes I owned reroofed and this was by far the best roofing job I have ever had done. Doug Soper, the owner, was very prompt in returning my phone calls and emails and very courteous and informative in answering any questions I had. His crew did an made a concreted effort to protect my bushes, shrubs and other landscaping so that they where not damaged by any materials during the tear off and install and also very courteous and hardworking the entire time. Doug was present on the job almost the entire time to make sure things where done not only to my but his satisfaction. At the end of the job Dougs crew did a very thorough job cleaning up my property using a magnetic roller to detect and pick up any nails and they also walked my yard and searched through my bushes and grass for any errant pieces of shingle or other debris. It was really quite amazing to see workmanship and attention to detail as I witnessed on this job. On top of all that Dougs bid was about 12% lower than his competitors while offering superior materials and workmanship. To sum it up the odds of you finding another roofing company and owner with this kind of professionalism, honesty, and integrity and a crew that exhibits the same and at a price lower than his competitors is highly unlikely. Highly.

After going on Homeadivsor In December of last year and explaining what I needed done Doug got in contact with me about it. He stopped and I showed him what was going on and what I thought it was. He replaced caulk in the area and to confirm it was repaired I had to wait until we received a pretty good rain, Well the recent rain we received was confirmation it was not repaired. I called Doug on Monday April 18th letting him know it was still leaking and he told me that he would stop out on Tuesday April 19th at 3:30, I let him know that I would be around all day. The stated time rolled around and he didn't show up or call to let me know he couldn't make it. Had he called stating he was running late etc I would not have an issue it is the no show or no phone call I have an issue with. As of May 20th still have not heard from Doug at Restoration Roofing. Really disappointing, Even though it was a small job you would think that he would give it the same amount of customer service you would for a large job.

I would recommend Restoration because of the following: Professionalism - explained every aspect of the job Timeliness - Contractor called and informed me he was running late and arrived within ten minutes of the original appointment Cost - price quoted was accurate without any discrepancies I would definitely use their services again

They left everything cleaned and well manicured. Very hard workers. I asked for and received a written quote outlining what work was going to be done for what cost to me. I requested quotes from two other companies and all I got was a price (verbally) to replace the shingles that had come off, one with a stipulation to do the work the following day. The written quote as to what was going to be done is a more professional way of doing business. Thank you.

I had a leaking roof which needed to be replaced and I received a very quick response and the owner was very patient and honest in explaining what the damage was and what needed to be done. He gave me a fair estimate and promptly repaired my roof damage. If I need roof repairs in the future I know who I will call.

I hired this company to do an inspection to make sure the roof was sound before I bought the family home. The owner was very professional, honest and up front. The roof was in excellent condition but it was a relief to have a professional reaffirm that, and explain how well the original work was done. I will definitely keep his card!
