Arrived right on time for my appointment and was very helpful in diagnosing and analyzing my problem. It turns out that the repair is something I can do on my own, and he explained to me how I can do it for no charge since the issue was with a vent pipe in my house rather than a roof issue. Best customer service I ever had from a repair call.

Great communicator! The owner took a lot of time to explain in detail what the problem was and what was needed to repair the problem. They were on time, cleaned the area on the ground below the repairs and when the job was done the owner, Doug Soper, explained to me future problems to expect from my 75 yr-plus slate roof. When he gave me the bill it was $400.00 less than quoted. Mr Soper explained once they got into the repairs they found ways to save me money. I really appreciated their honesty. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional. They kept me informed as they repaired the roof with pictures and an explanation of what was being done. Extremely pleased with the work they did and the outstanding customer service.

I contacted Doug for a roof patch repair and we discovered hail damage, as a result. I contacted my Insurance company that day and Doug made it out early to meet with myself and the Insurance adjuster the next day. We were able to complete the paperwork between Restoration Roofing and the Insurance company on site and made plans for the new roof and patchwork to be completed with in 2 business days. The projected was completed on time and he made a few concessions to me due to a few unseen things once the roof was bare. He went above and beyond and was upfront with all aspects of the project. As well as explaining the processes hi team was using every step of the way. Very impressed with his professionalism and timeliness.
