He has had our appliance for over a year. He keeps saying he will fix it. At one point it said it was fixed. We paid $400 brought it home and still not working!! So we returned it, Now 3 months later still not fixed and he will not return our calls!

Two thumbs up ?? If I had another thumb I’d put that one up too! Jeff is such a knowledgeable professional, and he is a straight shooter. He walked us through our refrigerator repair and explained things about it to us that have been a mystery since we bought it. He even gave us some tips for how to make our dishwasher work better! Another company said my leaking 2014 fridge was a lemon that could only be fixed with a costly repair ( over $1000) , and perhaps it could not be fixed at all. I am so glad I found Appliance MD through home advisor! Jeff diagnosed the problem in about 3 minutes. It was a simple fix! He was reliable and knowledgeable. The price was very fair as well. I will be using Jeff for all my future appliance needs. Highly recommend!!
