I was pleased with his ability to come the same day as my refrigerator was broken, and he provided information which helped me determine the value of fixing that brand/model/age of refrigerator vs. buying new. He also took some time with me to discuss my other 'broken' appliances and provided great insight as to what to do with them as well. Additionally, he did his service call during the pending incoming storm after hours.

The initial phone conversation is what sold me. Tech took the time to listen to my issues with appliance problem, about ten minutes. The only issue I had was that the appt. was between 10-12 a.m. he showed up about 11:45 a.m. I would have liked a phone call earlier and given approx. time of arrival.
