I had to determine whether to replace my broken refrigerator or fix. The representative was VERY informative of all options and offered advice on what to shop for if replacing. I had no idea some of the key components of refrigerator purchasing and definitely made a solid purchase following his guidance.

Jeff was prompt to call, quick to come and diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. He was honest and was able to repair my 20 yr old Amana Refigerator - needed a defrosting terminating thermostat . Some might have just told me to buy a new fridge... but Jeff was great. I am totally satisfied and the freezer is already making ice after an hour. YAY... but he left and didn't put the food back in the freezer for me... LOL just kidding!!!

They called immediately after I made the enquiry about the need for the repair of my electric dry. I was told the service call cost and when he could come out. He was on time and did the job with part on hand. The job was done quickly. Will call them again for any appliance repairs.

Two other people from Home advisor ordered parts that were not the problem. Jeff from KC Appliance MD spent three hours taking apart my refrigerator and doing diagnostic testing and found it wasn’t those other parts it was the fan. He came right out when it was in and the entire refrigerator works better that when it was new! It’s only three years old. Jeff is AWESOME!
