Very professional, courteous, helpful. Diagnosed & fixed washing machine in less than an hour & took time to discuss other appliance problems with me & give advice. Great repair people difficult to find. Jeff Roos was great, superb. I VERY highly recommend him!

LIttle hard to rate quality of work since our washer was NOT repairable But Jeff spent a lot of time explaining what was wrong, our options, and even made recommendations for a replacement washer (which we followed!). Also talked to my wife about the dishwasher (wasn't even there for that) ... we liked him and we WILL call him back when we need appliance repair

Jeff was great, was able to accommodate my appointment within 24 hours of contacting him, assessed the problem, had all the necessary parts to complete the repair on the spot, and was finished within the hour. He also made some recommendations for future care for other appliances as well. I feel that the price was fair for the necessary repair as well.

This is the second time my wife and I have used Jeff for appliance repairs...Both encounters have been far beyond our expectations..Jeff is prompt, skilled and efficient with appliance repair...He even took a moment to give us advice on care of appliances that we were not having trouble with to avoid future problems...Also I would have no reservations about having my wife Annie call Jeff for help if she were in the home alone...Finally I feel we were fairly charged for his services...

Jeff arrived on time, analyzed the problem, estimated the cost, I agreed on the estimate, he went to work and fixed the washing machine problem, tested the repaired item, replaced the outer housing, wrote a receipt for my check, then left too his next appointment, all in a very reasonable short time ......
