HE CAME AND DID PART OF THE JOB AND WAS TO COME BACK A WEEK LATER AND COMPLETE THE JOB AND DIDN'T. I PAID HIM FOR THE SERVICES AND HE DIDN'T FOLLOW UP AND FINISH THE JOB. I WILL NOT HIRE THIS MAN AGAIN. I HAVE PLACED A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL TO HIM AND MY CALL WAS NOT RETURNED.

Brett was kind, thoughtful and very easy to work with. On Thu night I scheduled an appt for Mon about raccoons that had taken up residence in our attic. He contacted me promptly on Fri and really paid attention to the details I'd put in my request about work scheduled to begin on my house on Tue...he was concerned we wouldn't catch the raccoons in time if we waited for Mon so worked w/ me to come out and get the traps set up on Fri. Really appreciated his flexibility and thoughtfulness for our situation...I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again should the need arise.

Oh my goodness. I thought a large black snake had come in my house and I was terrified. Brett came quickly to the rescue. He was very professional and comforting. When he didn't find it inside he scoured outside as well. He had a logical explanation for the situation. He put down sticky pads and told me he would come back if I spotted it. His service was above and beyond expected.
