Brett went above and beyond in our situation and despite his best (& extremely persistent) efforts; those lawn-destroying moles eluded his many traps. It was dead of winter (I'm way behind in reviewing those deserving of the time it takes) and there were several hard freezes during the project time frame. Brett kept trying, exceeding the agreement period, in his ambitious efforts to satisfy our needs. While not capturing any, they were certainly driven away. Bottom line: I had to take off a star on the value scale simply because we never found the culprits but I would / will call him again if these pests return. Thanks, Brett!

I called early Monday morning and he came out that same afternoon. He sprayed the bird nest and plugged up any future nesting sites. Would have given higher rating, but he did not remove nest, couldn't reach it and didn't bring any long handled tongs to get rid of it.

Brett went above expectations. He came earlier than originally requested because of the urgency of our situation, got rid of mama coon and her litter, and sealed up their entry point. We are extremely satisfied.

I called them on Fri morning & they came out that very afternoon. My issue is with snakes getting in on a sunroom & was very upsetting to me. He took time to check any place they could be getting in & sealed it up. One week & I have not had another one. If I do though in 30 days from visit they will come back for free.

Brett contacted me immediately in regards to having raccoons in the attic of my rental property. Brett came out as scheduled and set traps to catch the raccoons. He trapped the raccoons in a fair amount of time and now my property is free of the problem. Brett was patient and answered all of my question regarding the process. If the problem come up again I will call him again. I also referred him to my sister for her raccoon problem.

Contacted me right away, came out as promised. Moles are difficult to get rid of, should have called him sooner.
