We used the Angie's List coupon for this checkup just as we did in the spring for our air conditioner. Travis Neece himself came out to do the work and having dealt with him already in the spring, we were looking forward to the visit. He is so friendly and outgoing which makes it a very pleasurable experience. He is so patient with all our questions and explains everything he is doing so we can understand it easily. He will always be our heating and cooling expert and we'll call on him when in need of assistance. His wife, Jennifer (who sets up the appointments), sends a warm and friendly tone across the phone.

The whole deal was scary. A very unpleasant experience. He told me that my furnace was unsafe and turned my gas line off and said my CO2 levels were unsafe. He also left a sports bottle in the furnace. He said I had to spend $3000.00 for a part that needed to replaced. I called another company I have used in the past they said everything was and my CO2 levels were fine and were not at any bad levels. I felt that they came out with the objections to buy other things and upsell me and I will not use them in the future.

No service performed, appointment for September 20th at 3pm. No show or any contact.

Neece technicians were prompt, courteous and the installation was perfect.

I have been having trouble with my air conditioner. They helped me the best that they can.

Our AC unit broke down at the beginning of the summer

He appeared on time, went right to work, and inspected the units, both internal and external, and cleaned the external unit, showing me the incredible buildup of dirt on the filter. He said that if we hadn't had it cleaned, we'd have burned up the unit. In this heat, I'm sure that's true.

No story to tell...they were here on time...did what they said they would and left..

The service was good. The technician was fast with the work and provided the work that was expected.

They did not do as much as I had expected. It was an extra cost for the freon. They could do better in describing the actual service that will be provided with the coupons.

It was fine and they were courteous. I would use them again in the future.

If you need somebody he will get right out to you, and he gets it done! I needed my air conditioner fixed and I know he was really busy but he came out the next day for me. He is very nice, reasonably priced and he does well!

Couldn't have went any better. Travis and Chad did an excellent job explaining everything and showing us what the problems were. That was a first after going through this with several other companies over the past 5 summers.

My air conditioner was not functioning well--it wasn't cooling well, after it would run the airflow would diminish to a very low volume, the unit had leaked onto my ceiling, staining it (it is located in the attic). Previously I had used a large company whose work was good but the price was very, very high. In researching Angie's List I liked the reviews I had read for Neece's, even though there was one very poor review it seemed like it was an outlier and an exception; plus Angie's List had a coupon for the service call fees. I called and spoke with Jennifer. Although Neece's no longer has scheduled Saturday hours Angie's List listed Saturday hours for them; Jennifer honored those hours and scheduled me for a Saturday call. Travis Neece showed up on time, was pleasant without being pushy, professional and did a great job. One of the problems I had noted was that the condenser was not cycling off. He could have sold and installed a shut off unit that I didn't need and I would have never been the wiser--something that, in thinking back probably had occurred with the last service call two years ago--but he didn't and I appreciate it. He mentioned that his wife favored hostas and I sent some hostas and ferns home for his wife from the overabundance I had in my flower beds. I would definintely call Neece's again for return service; I would definintely recommend Neece's for very reasonably priced, quality work; I intend to have him install a new airconditioner for me at a different property within the next year.

My air was running a great deal so I called my home owner's warrenty company and they sent out two technicians. The valves on my air conditioning unit had been put on wrong during the tune up. As a result, the air conditioner was leaking freon. That all had to be fixed (freon recharge and the valves changed and put on properly). However, I ran the system for a month thinking it was well from the tune up and it used more energy from the shoddy work than had I never had it done,

Neece Heating and Cooling was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were very responsive in giving us a quote and scheudling the installation of our new air conditioner. They arrived punctually and went right to work. The installation went very smoothly and they even corrected some of the things that the original contractor hadn't done quite right when putting in the original AC. We would certainly recommend them to anyone, especially if they again offer a deal through Angie's List.

They were prompt, checked my air conditioning unit and did a very good job. They also checked a few extra things for me, but didn't charge any more.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. It was a good price. It was good and professional. I really liked the owner. He was there when everything occurred so I really liked that. Their prices were good and I felt like he was honest.

The "A" frame In my AC unit has slow leak. I need to have freon added every spring for the last 2 years. Neece heating and cooling provided same day service. (i was not expecting that) The technician was very professional. He preformed a quick courtesy check for other problems and found none. I discussed AC replacement with him. He was very forthcoming about new AC units and why the recharge on my unit will probably go up annually as the freon it uses is being phased out. I will definitely consider Neece when I replace my AC unit.

I took advantage of an Angie's List deal, and contacted Neece for the first time for an air conditioner seasonal check. Travis showed up right on time, and was very efficient and friendly. He took time to answer my questions. He also put booties on his feet so that there was no dirt tracked in the house. When I called to set up the appointment, they were prompt in answering the call and setting up a date/time. Fortunately no further work than the check-up was needed, but Travis pointed out things to look out for. He looked inside to make sure ventilation was working properly, and he examined and cleaned the outside unit. I will definitely call him for my furnace check-up in the fall.

Got a quote for a high 16 seer high effiency AC, and heating unit... to replace the existing construction grade unitThere were 3 workers, the owner and 2 helpers, they were professional , ontime, and very neat, the unit works great,and we also got a humidifier. The whole thing took the day to upgrade but they worked until they got it completed.. at about 6:30 pm. Very well done very customer friendly. This was our first time to use them but wont be our last.

This was an enjoyable experience and we learned so much. The added bonus of learning about our heat pump is priceless. Travis is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explains things in layman's terms and is very, very nice. We will definitely have him back again.
