I contacted The Plumbing Pro to get a second opinion/estimate on replacing the main sewer line that another company told me needed to be replaced due to many cracks, bellies etc. While talking to Travis about what they found he was asking details that I didn't have. It came to the point that the only way to 100% figure out what was wrong is to run the camera down the line. I did pay the first company to do so but when I asked them for a copy of the video they couldn't provide it due to computer issues and had already deleted the video. So I had Travis run the camera down the line and found that there were in fact NO cracks or other issues. Thanks to Travis at The Plumbing Pro I am not digging up the 42 feet of perfectly fine plumbing in my basement and spending thousands of dollars. I can't thank you enough!!

Dave H. from Plumbing Pro did the work for us; what pleased us the most is that he made recommendations based on his experience (different from what we originally thought) on installations that really made sense that increased functionality, and made it easier to service, if ever needed.
