The person who scheduled my appointment was very nice. The employee who came to my home was great -- he looked at the ceiling stain and then got on my roof to check all of the vents. He could not find a problem with any of the vents, but readily agreed to do a "water test" (take a hose up and run water on the vent area) when I requested it. While the water was running he checked the overall condition of my roof and gutters -- even pulled several handfuls of gunk out of the gutters. He was very thorough and nice about answering my many questions. The water test did not change the ceiling stain and he recommended I talk to a plumber regarding a possible plumbing problem. He didn't charge me as he said that he hadn't fixed anything -- but I felt very reassured having had the roof checked. Will definitely use Tesson in the future!

The salesman promptly responded to my inquiries. Although the items were on backorder, he kept me informed about the status. The shutters were installed shortly after they arrived. I am happy with the final product.

Andrew came out to give an estimate and look at what needed to be done. He suggested that I could have the fascia wrapped in aluminum and expected the cost to be “about $2,000” and said he would work with me. He also told me they would take down the gutters and put them back up which is kind of a big job but the gutters are fine. When I get the final quote it’s over $3,000 and he tells me I’ll likely need to get new gutters too because if they’re going to take them off it’s just easier- which likely would double the cost of $3,000. It felt like a bait and switch or perhaps he just didn’t know what he was talking about or didn’t want the job but none of it felt professional.

Great work and professional. Our sales professional Craig walked us through the whole process and worked through our insurance for us as we had storm damage. He also helped get other bids when our Ameran box was not up to code. He was very easy to reach with quick responses day or night. He really helped us save money and was honest and professional. The siding looks awesome and couldn’t be happier with the customer service Craig provided. Above and Beyond. Highly recommend!

The experience with Tesson Roofing was fantastic! The team was responsive and very pleasant to work with. The workers showed up on time, were very respectful and did an excellent job.
