They were prompt and came out for the estimate when they said they would. Their quote was a bit higher than the competition. There was nothing that they did wrong; they were just a little more expensive.

These guys are the best! Came out to measure and provide estimate - very professional and when they said they would. Installer came by on a Saturday to measure again just to be sure on a very rough opening. Both types of windows are beautiful. They did a really nice job on the outside trim with vinyl on the security windows. They may be a little pricey - didn't get other estimates - but the quality is top notch.

They did excellent work and cleaned up after they were finished.

They seem reasonable. I didn't talk to anyone else and I don't know if the price is high or low. The seemed to know what they were doing. They are efficient and they do good work.

good experience. salesman arrived on time for estimate, and went through all options and my requirements thoroughly. upon acceptance of the bid, returned the following day to make precise measurements for fabrication of new units. units were made and install was scheduled approx 4 days after acceptance. Installer arrived on-time as scheduled, and completed the job as specified in one day. He did a great job, and the windows look and operate fantastic.

The windows took a little longer than expected to arrive but they went out of their way to keep me updated on the status of my job. They removed the old windows, cleaned everything up, and went over the work once it was complete. My new windows look and work great and I will definitely use this company again should I need similar work.

Harrison came out to the house to measure the windows and show us models that we could purchase. We did have to wait a while after ordering the windows before the installers were available to come and install the windows. Mike and his team then came out and installed the windows, they were able to do it in a single day. Were prompt, professional and courteous. They did run into a few problems with the frame for the one of the windows which they were able to repair and cost us a little extra in addition to the bid. Overall, we were very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Compared companies and this company gave a detailed explanation of the product and services. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and completed the job in 3.5 hours. The crew was courteous and professional. The windows look great.

From beginning to end they were punctual and professional. The owner of the company came to give the estimate and he thought he might be running late and phoned to notify me (he was only 5-10 minutes late). I appreciated the call. The glass blocks look wonderful and even though we were told we probably would have to touch-up where the old bars were, we could hardly see where they had been. Installation was completed very quickly with no mess left. We are extremely pleased with their product and work.

They were really great as the work was done very fast and it was done efficiently. The workers were really professional and they did a good job with the work. The prices were not to bad either. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were some of the nicest and most professional craftsmen that I have dealt with. Only 2 of the window replacement were standard. The French doors, basement windows and 1 storm door required extensive carpentry. The installation crew was friendly, prompt and cleaned up. They were good.

The man who came to give the estimate was on time and friendly. They had the windows ready to install the next week, but we had to reschedule the installation several times due to it being too cold. The man who installed them did a great job, finished on time, and cleaned up all his mess. The windows look terrific, and we couldn't be happier with them.

The estimate was slightly better than a competitors. The salesman was prompt and courteous. He told us it would take four weeks for the windows to be ready for installation, but they were ready within two weeks. The men who did the work were also very prompt, even fifteen minutes early which was nice since it was a work day. They did good work and cleaned up everything. We're very happy with the results and wish we had known about them years ago when we had work done at another property and had less quality and more expense. We highly recommend this company.

Harrison Winter was a true pleasure to deal with on this project. He walked through the various alternatives available and helped us select the one appropriate to our needs and budget. The craftsmanship of the windows in outstanding, providing a substantial reduction in noise from the outside along with a noticeable improvement in the quality of the seal. The team of three installers worked together well and were very thoughtful and thorough in cleaning up after themselves. The installation did require new, unpainted wood ''porter stops'' on the interior, which meant hiring someone to paint the new trim, and which resulted in a reduction of the depth of the ''return.'' Therefore, some prior window treatments (2'' wood blinds) no longer fit. But, given the vast improvement in the windows, these are minor annoyances.

These guys were great. They arrived on time, were very friendly and informative, did the work in half a day, cleaned up the mess, (I can't even tell they were here), and didn't trample the flower beds. The windows look great, and the privacy factor is amazing.

HARRISON WINTER, SALES MANAGER, WAS SOME 45 MINUTES EARLY FOR HIS APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE CAUGHT ME OFF GUARD AS THE PIERING CONTRACTORS WERE BUSY AT WORK. REGARDLESS HE WAS WELL INFORMED ON HIS PRODUCTS AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS. I PLACED THE ORDER ON 10/25 AND THE WINDOW WAS INSTALLED BY 11/4. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT, TOOK CARE TO COVER FLOOR AND LANDSCAPING. THEY DID A QUICK THOROUGH INSTALLATION AND DID A FANTASTIC CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS.

THE SALESMAN (HARRISON WINTERS) WAS ON TIME TO APPOINTMENT. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS IN DETAIL AND HAD SOME GOOD IDEAS FOR A TRICKY PROBLEM. HE PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE AT THE TIME OF THE VISIT. TWO OTHER ESTIMATES WERE RECEIVED, ALL THREE WERE WITHIN $120.00. I CHOOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THE SALESMAN SEEMED THE MOST KNOWLEGABLE. THE GLASS BLOCK INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY WILLING TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND TO TALK ABOUT THEIR PROGRESS WHEN ASKED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES TOO. THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT, BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT MASONRY & GLASS SYSTEMS INC. DID.
