What stood out about them was that they gave me timely response, fair price and excellent quality.  They gave me their very first available date which was the first day they were available.

This company has a $50.00 show up fee plus $100.00 an hour fee and then the price of any parts. The Master Shower, Delta faucet was fixed. The part for the Kitchen faucet that was purchased was not necessary but couldn't be returned, so was charged for that part anyway. Had to have a diverter part for the Price Pfister faucet, had to be ordered on line and sent to the house. Haven't had Mayes Plumbing back to replace the diverter at this time.

I have used them on various homes and projects for about 15 years. I would never use anyone else. They are very professional and have always been quick to respond on all jobs, showing up on time and completing the work quickly and efficiently. I have used them to install new gas lines, repair and replace hot water tanks, install new plumbing, install new sump pump in a crawl space, complete home renovations, bathroom remodels, and we are about to use them on a home addition for a new kitchen.

I called to have a repair made to a leaky drain. While they were there I asked them to replace a vegetable sprayer as well. They did that and found a couple of other problems that needed attention and after asking for permission they made those repairs as well. The job was done in a little over an hour and I have a properly running sink, faucet, and drain.

Excellent job. Kitchen sink was draining slow and after determining it wasn't a clogged trap, found Mayes Plumbing on Angie's List. Called them first thing on Monday morning. They were able to come out that day and snaked the pipe to clear the clog.

They were the best price that I ran across and they did an A-1 job. They were here when they said they would be here and they got the job done quickly. They cleaned up nice.

I found them on Angie's List. They were on time. They have a good service and gave me a decent price. I'd use them again.

The shower is fixed. There aren't any leaks. I couldn't be happier.

We called the plumber first thing in the morning. He came out about mid morning and by noon the job was done. We couldn't have asked for better service. The price was reasonable too.

The whole experience with Mayes was excellent from start to finish. No negatives.

Excellent. I would have used them again on a project, but they do not answer their phones on the weekend and I needed help immediately.

We had a problem with sewage backing up in our basement. So we called them and they came out. The guy who came out saw the back up valve, but he didn’t know what it was. In fact, the owner of the company said that all those are pretty new to new homes. He said that it’s not required in the old homes. So I guess that our plumber didn’t know what it was, but he then put a snake down the pipe and he kept snaking it. He then got to a point and broke our valve in the process. It was a back up valve so that the water and sewage could run out of the house. He then called the owner and they said that they will take care of it for us, but they never did till we called them and reminded them. They said that they were very sorry and took care of the problem just about a few months ago. The owner told us that he remembered the phone conversation with Troy and he was very nice too. I thought that they were very fair in their pricing. The guy also stayed longer than that, but he said that he was not going to charge any more because he broke the valve. I thought that they were fair and honest. I was just disappointed that they didn’t get back sooner. When we called the guy back, he set up an appointment, but he never showed up. I would hire them again and in fact, we had them give us an estimate on another project. However, we haven’t yet taken a decision about who we would go with.

Amazingly fast. Arrived on time, replaced the pipe, and left in 20 minutes.

Jim called on time and let me know he was coming beforehand. He explained everything that needed to be done. He was respectful and courteous. He did a great job and even fixed the mistake the previous plumber (from another company) had committed. I was very impressed and pleased with his work.

Scott the plumber was promised and showed up on time. I had shut off the water and knew almost where the break was. Scott had the ceiling open and pipe fixed in less than 30 minutes. I am VERY satisfied with the response from this company. Very good work, and they were needed in a hurry.
