Quick and efficient

Joseph Mitchell came to look at my roof and he found some damage. This is from the bad hailstorm we had in the spring. He was helpful and efficient. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the procedures. I don’t have photos of the roof,but he showed me the ones he took on his phone. He was very pleasant to work with.

The customer satisfaction visit was two weeks after the install. It would have been better if it had been closer to the install date, but not a big deal.
