They were always able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Their wait time was usually 4 weeks or more, but that was due to the amount of customers they were doing repairs for. They are very competent and knowledgeable in the field of electronics, down to the component level. Their prices were very fair considering the initial price of the televisions we sent them. They were able to fix just about every issue we came across. It is very rare to find an electronics repair shop anywhere these days. Most televisions are so cheap, that it's easier to purchase a new one rather than have one fixed. Typically the problems with televisions are easily fixable with a new component or board replacement. When it comes to audio equipment, these guys know what they're doing. I had a very expensive Dolby receiver quit working on me, and rather than throw it away, I took it to them and they fixed the problem for under $50. Remember, it will probably take at least four weeks to get your item back, so factor that into your expectations. They keep busy, and for good reason. *For future reviewers, make sure to be thorough in your review, just as I was in my review. Don't be lazy or brief in your statements. Satisfactory and work was done in specfied time

They provided me with excellent service and the price was right. They are very busy so the repair took a little longer than I originally expected. They let me know ahead of time how long it would take and I was pleased that it took less time than they estimated. The repair took a couple of weeks when they estimated between six and eight weeks. They did a fine job. There are not many people in town who do that kind of work.
