They were a little more expensive than other companies I called. they were so thorough. The salesman explained every detail of the project and really helped us understand the work and materials they would use. The workers were very professional and had the job done quickly. The work was great and we are happy with our new doors. We would use them again.

Terrific. From beginning to end, the work went smoothly. It took close to 3 months from the date we met the salesman to the date of installation, but it was worth the wait. I know custom doors can take a while. These doors are a superior quality.

Mr. Schurk gave us an estimate and suggested the best way to fit what we wanted in the space. It took about 10 weeks for the doors to be made to our specifications. They even painted the inside the color of the foyer. The men arrived at 9:30 AM and finished at 4:00 PM with a 1/2 hour lunch break. The workmen were very professional, neat, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had many questions as they tore down the existing doors and put up the new ones and answered every one to my satisfaction. My husband and I are re-modelers and nit-pickers. We recognize expert workmanship when we see it and these men were really expert! We will call them again when we get to replace other doors in the house.

The door was custom ordered and expected to arrive in 8 weeks... it arrived in 6 or 7. The installers worked in the cold in December and estimated that the job would take 8 hours... it took 5. Our door is gorgeous and our living room has never been warmer. They left behind all of the custom mixed finishes for any future repairs. We couldn't be happier!

As always they did a wonderful job. Professional and thorough as usual. Unexpected problems are promptly corrected. Dave (recently saw him on a TV commercial) was the installer and he worked all day on the project keeping me informed of issues as he worked. One issue: they were short hardware for one door and had to return which was an inconvenience to me. Dave did a good thing for me, keyed all locks to be the same; therefore, 1 key is all I need for all locks. The biggest mess was replacing the glass in the patio doors, but Dave did a great job cleaning everything up and hauling everything away. They are always prompt on their scheduled installation day.

Jerry, the sales rep arrived on time, measured the door openings and wrote a very detailed proposal for 2 new doors. He was very helpful explaining the various doors available, hardware & paint options. The front door was an odd size that had to be special ordered. The doors took a few weeks longer to arrive than originally planned, which was not a problem for me. Installers Tom and Steve arrived right on time. They immediately went to work removing old doors and frames. It took awhile, but they did a superb job perfectly fitting the new door and frame in a very uneven rear door opening. The front door opening was better and the new door also fit perfectly. Doors, frames, and moldings were pre-painted exactly as I ordered. Tom and Steve were very professional and extremely nice. They cleaned up everything and touched up any minor paint defects. The new doors fit perfectly, look great, and I could not be more satisfied.

We had hired them to replace a front door before and the service was outstanding. However, this time it was a disaster. The windows were installed higher than the door. The corners of the wood trim were not mitered correctly so there were large gaps in the wood visible from a distance. We had in the contract to move a receptacle both inside and outside. They did not install the receptacle outside and took my box with them. They left large screws and debris in the driveway that we had to clean up. While installing the door they drilled into a live wire which shocked the worker. I discovered after they left that there was now no electric service in part of my basement including the outside basement light. They did come back and fix the problems as best they could, but they would not come for two weeks as they said they already had other jobs scheduled. Considering the terrible experience, I think they could have been more responsive in coming to redo the job.

The door and the installation is beautiful, and we are very pleased.

Mike M. came to our house look over the doorway and matched new door slab and door hardware to match existing interior doors in our old house. Door was installed perfectly and looks wonderful.

This was the only door company I found in St. Louis that could provide a special sized door. Our home is over 100 yrs old, and none of the outside doorways are standard size. The door quality is solid, and the finish is very nice. The salesman was knowledgeable about the products and finishes. The only complaint I had was on the day of the installation the installers did not arrive in the time window given to me, and no one called to let me know there was going to be a delay.

Wonderful job! Couldn't be happier. The entire process from the day I walked in the Berry Door & Window showroom to the finished product went smoothly. The sales staff, the on-site measuring crew, and the installation crew were most pleasant, competent, and skilled. I must make special mention of the five-man installation crew: they arrived on time, were very pleasant, worked hard, did a quality job, cleaned up, and washed all the windows! I was impressed and pleased.

The technician was on time, very personable and not only fixed the problem but diagnosed why the same spring had been replaced two other times by a different companies. They were great.

They have a good price, and excellent selection.

Salesman Tim is very well informed on product knowledge. I previously had settlement issues with the house and therefore several doors were off balance and did not close properly. Tim sent out measurement specialists to be sure the new doors would fit correctly. The beautiful custom color 6 panel wood doors are wonderful and give an entire new look to the interior. The installers were prompt, courteous, neat and did a great job. They had previously installed two exterior doors and did such a good job which is why I decided to replace other doors.

Good. Did a very nice job with the installation. Warned us that a double dead bolt lock may not meet code. Professional and prompt. Painting around door started chipping earlier than we anticipated. Berry did not seem interested in repairing that or treating the door stains, but did tell us to remove the door stains with bleach and water.

I found Berry Door to be very professional. They are a bit more expensive than other contractors, but they do have an impeccable reputation and guarantee all of their work. The garage door was great, and their work was exceptional.

I am very happy with my experience. We had a few minor glitches which were rectified. The prices was more reasonable than the other bid we got and the sales guy was not at all pushy (in complete contrast with the other bid). They did crack, one of the windows putting it in but have ordered a new one and will come back to replace it.

THE SALESMAN ARRIVED LATE. THE SALESMAN HAD NO SAMPLES TO DISCUSS OR SHOW. THE SALESMAN MEASURED THE HOUSE AND SAID HE WOULD CALL US BACK IN A FEW DAYS WITH AN ESTIMATE. SHOULD WE STILL BE INTERESTED AT THAT TIME, HE WOULD RETURN WITH SAMPLES. SALESMAN CALLED BACK IN APPROXIMATELY A WEEKS TIME WITH A BID OF $25,000 TO SIDE OUR TWO STORY HOUSE.

FELT LIKE I HAD STEPPED BACK IN TIME, FROM THE GET GO THIS COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE TIM SCOTT SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AT THE APPOINTED TIME, LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED, VERY COURTEOUSLY WROTE UP THE PROPOSAL. ON OCT.25TH DAVE ROSS, AND MIKE MOORE SHOWED UP WITH THE NEW DOORS & HAD THEM INSTALLED IN 4 HOURS. THEY TOO WERE VERY COURTEOUS, AND VERY NEAT, LOOKED LIKE THE ENTRANCE TO A BRAND NEW HOUSE WHEN THEY FINISHED. I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES AN A+.

SCOTT THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS PROMPT WITH SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME IN MY HOME. HE WAS VERY MUCH INFORMED OF PRODUCT AND PRICING. SINCE THESE WERE CUSTOM DOORS IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH AND A HALF FROM ORDER DATE TO INSTALLATION DATE. 2 CLEAN-CUT AND IN UNIFORM MEN ARRIVED FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE BOTH VERY POLITE AND WORKED HARD ALL DAY WITHOUT TAKING A LUNCH BREAK TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK. IT WAS UPSETTING AFTER SUCH A LONG WAIT TO DISCOVER THE HARDWARE WAS INCORRECT FOR THE FRONT DOOR, THE ONE DOOR HAD 2 BORES INSTEAD OF 1 AND THAT THERE WAS PAINT INSIDE THE DOUBLE PAINED GLASS ON THE BACK DOOR. BERRY WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS, BUT IT TOOK ANOTHER MONTH FOR THE FINAL INSTALLATION. I GAVE THEM A "B" FOR PUNCTUALITY BECAUSE OF THE ERRORS AND TIME IT TOOK TO CORRECT AND B FOR QUALITY BECAUSE THE ORDERS SHOULD BE CHECKED OUT THOROUGHLY AT THE SHOP BEFORE TELLING A CUSTOMER THEIR ORDER WAS IN AND READY TO INSTALL.

I GOT THE WHOLE DOOR ASSEMBLY AND BOLTS AND HANDLES FOR THE OTHER DOORS. I GOT AN UPGRADED FOR BOLT AND HANDLE. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB INSTALLING IT, DIDN'T TEAR UP ANYTHING. THE HANDLE HAD A FAILURE, THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT.

THE GENTLEMAN ARRIVED EARLY, AND WAS PROFESSIONAL. I THINK THE PRICE IS EXCESSIVE FOR REPLACING ONE WINDOW. AT LEAST HE DIDN'T TRY TO HARD SELL. BUT I ALSO GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT THE JOB WAS TOO SMALL FOR HIM TO HAVE MUCH OF AN INTEREST IN SELLING IT.

REASONABLE PRICING. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH FROM THE COMPANY (SALES, SERVICE AND WORK CREW) WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WORKED AT A GOOD PACE AND DID A VERY NICE JOB. LEFT NO MESS.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL (STAFF AND INSTALLERS). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THE 2 INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME. THEY PUT DROP CLOTHS DOWN ON INSIDE CARPET. THEY CLEANED STICKERS OFF GLASS AND WASHED THEM WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. HAULED OLD WINDOWS AWAY.
