Description of Work: Berry replaced an old sliding glass door with a new one. It was a simple/standard door/installation. They were not the cheapest quote, but the quality of the door appeared to be better than the competition. |The sales rep was nice and friendly, and even answered his phone during the holidays when he was technically on vacation to answer some of our questions and check on delivery status. |The installation crew were prompt, friendly and professional. They worked quickly, did a fantastic job with the installation, and cleaned up everything immaculately when they were done!

Description of Work: They did routine preventive maintenance on my garage door. It worked a lot more smoothly after being lubricated and adjusted. Also, they replaced some parts at no charge. They had installed the door for a previous owner of our house, and they replaced the parts under warranty for us. (The cost would have been roughly $150.) They take their warranty more seriously than most companies do, and they do a good job of earning a customer's repeat business.

Description of Work: David came to give me an estimate to replace the door leading from my house to the garage. He was on time, friendly and worked pretty quickly. He listened to all my questions and seemed knowledgeable. I asked him to email me the estimate. A day later, I sent a reminder to him via email (as it's easy to have a SNAFU with the address). I heard back promptly. His estimate was quite vague and almost 3 times higher than other bids I had received. I replied within 30 minutes asking him to explain why his bid was so high. No answer after 7 days – so yesterday morning I called and talked to someone at the office who said they would talk to David and then call me back to explain the bid and fax me a real copy rather than the scant numbers that had been sent to me. It's been nearly 2 full business days and I have had no return call.
