Ok - so after spending a lot of money and time on other more sexy improvements - I called Jim Reilly like I always do to look at my furnace. First of all the owner came out on a Sunday without an ridiculous increase to the trip charge. When he came out - I thought it is was a broken thermocouple and have spent time on Youtube looking at how to do a repair before determining that I need a professional. The pilot light would not stay lit. Rich immediately told me that "she's" done since there were cracks. He was able to get a very much improved furnace installed in just a few days - a Goodman - made and assembled in America. I would highly reccomend Rich and Jim Reilly to anyone who wants to sold exactly what they need and not more and have the best service around. There are other larger companies that could work - but when I called then I never spoke to the same person twice and they have a lot more overhead. The only add-on was that we needed a new A-coil to go along iwth the furnace but that was not known until the furnace came apart. The good thing is that I was able to save $1000 or more by not getting the top of the line 90% + since my old one was much less efficient and anything would have been an upgrade. We have a number of warrenties and they stand behind their work at Jim Reilly.

Brian quickly assessed the situation, found a minor problem and fixed it right away. Since the actual repair was so quick, he used additional time to check everything out and make sure the AC was running properly. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly and ready to help with our issue. I appreciate having a company that I can trust to do a great job at a fair price.

Been using Jim Reilly's company for many years and have had service from both old and new owners over that time. Owners are responsible and deliver great results for work contracted.

I have to say that this has been the worst violation of our trust in any service call ever.

They did an awesome, excellent and fantastic job. They are not too far from us either. We got an ad in a paper. They took it all out and cleaned up after everything. They were real prompt and easy to deal with. We got a whole new service put in and then they gave us a free two year service maintenance programme along with it. We upgraded all the units. I was real happy with it and their price was way more competitive with everybody. They even called back and checked on it. The price was better than anybody else for what we got. They were here even before they said and also called to check on us afterwards. I never had any problems with them. They went above and beyond trying to get it done.

I have used Jim Reilly Service for many, many years. The new owner, Rich Thomas, has maintained or improved on the quality of service and attention to the client. From the moment you make the call to the provision of service, you have absolutely no concern that everything is as you asked. There is no one else that I would work with for my heating, A/C, or refrigeration needs.

As per above I was not happy

They were fine. I was very pleased with them. They have been around here forever. They are a very reputable company. There were two people that I have had since I have lived out here for 46 years in the same house bidding back and forth and I decided to go with Reilly. It was a hard decision to make. I have had them out here many years before to work on my air-conditioning. He has a wonderful reputation in the city of Manchester and he is well known out here. He is very polite, he does good work, and he is honest. I know I can trust him. I am very happy with him and I will absolutely continue using him.

EXCELLANT from start to finish! Rich gave us a call a week later to make sure everything was working and to remind us of some thing to make it work better and longer.

Jim came out and made several good suggestions. They scheduled promptly and arrived on time. The work was completed in 1 day and was exactly as promised.

Jim Reilly Service Co. does all of our heating and air conditioning work. They are very professional and come when they say they will. I like that they take care not to damage any of property and also that they explain what they're doing and why. I'm not sure what they charged for this job.

THE UNIT IS OLDER AND DUE FOR REPLACEMENT SOON BUT JIM WAS ABLE TO FIX THE UNIT TO LAST THE REST OF THE SEASON, BUYING US MORE TIME TO SAVE FOR A NEW ONE. HE WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH. HE EXPLAINED CLEARLY THE SITUATION AND LISTENED AS I EXPLAINED OUR CIRCUMSTANCES. HE WILL BE THE ONE I CALL WHEN THE SYSTEM NEEDS REPLACED. MEANWHILE, THE A/C IS STILL WORKING.

THE INSTALLERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE NEAT, CLEANED UP AFTER, AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. JIM REILLY IS VERY PERSONABLE AND WORKED WITHIN MY BUDGET.
