It was a wonderful experience from the sales person to the installation! The sales person was fantastic!! I lost his card or I would mention him by name. He was always on time, answered all of our questions, and made sure we got the right equipment for our home for the best price. Since the provider will see this review, if they would like to look up his name from our order and add it to our review, we would appreciate that! The installation was quick and efficient. The installation staff were also great. They needed to come back to finish something they didn't have the part for and they were back when they said they would be and quickly completed the job . We love the new system and already see improvements in our electric bill. I would highly recommend them for any job! Update: I found the salesperson's card. His name is Paul Schiller
Description of Work: The provider replaced a 28 year old Trane heat pump and furnace system with a new and better Trane system.
