Didn't show up when they said they would, then promised to come the next day, but never showed up again. They talk a good game, but once you sign up for something like "family and friends" and they have you committed for $28 a month, they don't seem to care.

They were professional, asked for some service but I did not need it, the customer service was exceptional.

Right on time, they were friendly and helpful. The service person was polite and very informed. I would highly recommend them.
