We have never had a dissatisfied customer so I want to make this right, however, I trust my employees as all of them have been with me a long time and have all informed me in the event of an item being damaged. When specifically questioned about this instance, T**** , was my employee which wiped and vacuumed this lamp and said that he did not recall seeing the damage, nor causing any damage. Bio Clean will not accept responsibility for this damage because of the above and previously mentioned reasons (original condition of the lamp, amount of time passed between it being reported and us being onsite - 5 months, and not knowing who has been in your home in those past 5 months). That said, I will offer to split the difference with you for the total cost of the lamp and the valuation cost for a total of $162.50. Please let me know if that will work for you as it is the most I am willing to offer because of the circumstance. Thank you, [Member Name Removed] G 5/5/16 to John What is the timeframe between you and your ins company? I wasn't in the home until later and discovered this damage when I turned the lamp around for cleaning. I was pretty astounded. Only person in my home was my Mother who gave me the lamp so she was as surprised as I was. Sent from my iPhone John Denny 5/5/16 to [Member Name Removed] The time frame for me to report this to my insurance company was less than one week from when you alerted me of the broken lamp. The insurance company's issue was the 5 months that had passed since we completed the project to when we were made aware of the damage. They also questioned the condition of the lamp when we started the project because of the 5 month window. [Member Name Removed] G 5/7/16 to John Oh gosh - I was not told about this timeline - naturally, this would have helped to expedite the process. Then you were waiting to hear from them, I heard nothing until the recent follow-up. I would appreciate it if you would forward to me their letter of rejection so I may pass this along. I will get back in touch w/you re: your offer. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone"
You also have to worry about who you should hire......someone who will do the job right and for a fair price. I was lucky.....I found Bioclean 911 and John Denny. John is the owner of Bioclean 911 and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism when he showed up to give me an estimate. He inspected the area of my basement that had the mold problem and put me at ease by explaining what needed to be done. He emailed me a very detailed estimate the following day. I checked with several other firms about getting estimates and was amazed at how unprofessional many were. Some didn't even bother to call me back.
I felt like I already had found the right company for the job and that was confirmed when I saw Bioclean 911 had an A rating on Angies list. They were able to start the job right away and they were always prompt and were there when they said they would be. Communication was excellent at all times and John was always there with his crew. This was a lot of work in a totally finished basement and involved drywall removal and replacement and mold removal. John and his crew did an excellent job and I thought
his price was more than fair for the amount of work that was done. In short I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend Bioclean 911 to anyone!
Very well
