Bioclean provided an excellent service and I was very happy with how well they were able to clean the mold out of my basement. I had mold covering everything from the floor up to the ceiling joist and they removed it all. They were very detailed and did a great job!. I really appreciated the owner, John Denny's help though this process. He is genuinely a good person. This is a a very good company that I would definitely hire again.

Bio Clean 911 is a phenomenal Company. John Denny, the owner, is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. When you're in a situation like this, it is important to have someone you can trust, who won't take advantage of you. From beginning to end John had our backs and made us feel so much better. We have used Bio Clean 911 on two separate occasions, once for water restoration and once for mold remediation. The guys who came in to do the work were the best crew we have ever had work in our house, hands down. They were punctual every day, worked very hard, were respectful to me and our home, were professional and truly delightful. They cleaned every nook and cranny of our house. Black mold is completely gone. Also important, they use an independent, third party company to analyze the air quality results before and after their work. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having mold in your home or your basement floods, or both, I know it is very upsetting and can be very scary. I promise you, if you hire Bio-Clean 911 you won't be sorry. You will get a very fair price and they will restore your home completely.

After they finished cleaning I noticed my lamp had been cracked and turned around. I contacted John who first denied they cracked the lamp then advised me to get an appraisal. I paid to get appraisal and emailed the receipts for the cost of the report. Then I heard back from John stating he never filed the insurance. The appraisal is for an antique lamp and the estimate is $350 to replace the lamp and to cover the appraisal report. I have not heard back from him.

Excellent in all respects. John responded to my online request email within just a few hours. When I called the next day he scheduled an appointment for the next day. He called ahead of the appointment to confirm and arrived on time. He arrived well prepared to evaluate the house and was able to completely answer all of my questions. He took air samples; one in the basement and one outside as baseline comparison. The samples were evaluated by an independent lab which makes me confident of the results. I am thoroughly please with this companies service and performance.

It is never fun to discover you have a mold problem in your house. It's bad for your health and a costly problem to take care of.
You also have to worry about who you should hire......someone who will do the job right and for a fair price. I was lucky.....I found Bioclean 911 and John Denny. John is the owner of Bioclean 911 and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism when he showed up to give me an estimate. He inspected the area of my basement that had the mold problem and put me at ease by explaining what needed to be done. He emailed me a very detailed estimate the following day. I checked with several other firms about getting estimates and was amazed at how unprofessional many were. Some didn't even bother to call me back.
I felt like I already had found the right company for the job and that was confirmed when I saw Bioclean 911 had an A rating on Angies list. They were able to start the job right away and they were always prompt and were there when they said they would be. Communication was excellent at all times and John was always there with his crew. This was a lot of work in a totally finished basement and involved drywall removal and replacement and mold removal. John and his crew did an excellent job and I thought
his price was more than fair for the amount of work that was done. In short I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend Bioclean 911 to anyone!
