My water heater failed and started leaking Thursday evening so I began researching plumbers (I have never needed to hire a plumber before). I put my needs into home advisor which suggested a couple plumbers to contact. The leak was very small (a drip every couple seconds), so I didn t want to bug someone at 9PM. I settled on calling in the morning. Within 30 minutes of my request, Dave gave me a call to check on the condition of my leak and ask me a few questions about my water heater. He was very helpful on the phone and was able to provide a fair priced quote based on the information and pictures I sent him. In less than 24 hours he had my water heater replaced. He provided great customer service and workmanship throughout the job. I will definitely hire him for my future plumbing needs. The whole experience put me at ease.
