BJT Roofing helped us preserve our barn that is over 100 years old with a new roof. Since our initial meeting with BJT, we trusted them with the project and knew they would be thorough. They used quality products for the fascia, sheathing, underlayment, ridge vent, and shingles. The owner and his wife were easy to communicate with regarding our vision and they exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with how the project turned out and how efficient they were. I contacted BJT Roofing for an estimate, received it on the same day, and was able to get on their schedule the next day. NO HASSLES. The owners, Lorena and Porfirio were very responsive and knowledgeable in every aspect and explained the action plan for the work and timeline before the contract was signed. Due to their professionalism and communication, I did not hesitate in my decision to choose them. Porfirio was on site every day and completed most of the work. He and his team was very punctual, respectful and considerate of my home, hard-working, and obvious experts in their field. Porfirio pointed out pros/cons of using different materials and was very flexible with our decision to change materials as the work progressed. Porfirio took before/after pictures, as well as many other ones during the installation of the roof to suffice city inspection requirements. Work was completed in two days and the roof looks great! He and his team did a thorough cleanup of not only the roof and work site but our gutters as well. It was truly a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again; we've already recommended them to our neighbor and family members.
