Initial meeting with sales manager and insurance claims adjuster went very well. After signing agreement, it took 3 weeks longer then I was told before the work began. Representative from Shelter Craft was not on site as the sub-contracted crew began the work, even though I was told a Shelter Craft crew supervisor would be there. Crew was not intending to replace obviously water damaged plywood and had begun covering it. Had to call Shelter Craft to get someone out there to watch the crew. Not enough materials ordered so crew had to come back an extra day. No communication after the roof was complete. I could not get them to tell me when/if they were going to do the gutters. I started to get bids from other contractors, but Shelter Craft finally came out and installed gutters 3 weeks after the roof. I have been trying to get the final invoice for the past month and still do not have it. This is a problem because I cannot get the remainder of the insurance money which is being held by my mortgage company until I submit the paid invoice. My primary sales contact at Shelter Craft has not returned a phone call from me in 4 weeks. The one person that I can get a hold of in the office cannot tell me why the final bill is taking so long and does not seem willing to proactively go to the people within the company who can get this taken care of.
