Salesman came gave me great price. I called schedule two days later new furnace installed. They are very trusting! I never signed anything furnace installed told me they would be back next week to collect and finish details. What a great company. Iâ  m planning on not needing furnace repair or replaced but if I do Hoffman gets the only call I will make..

Everyone at Hoffman was Great! Taylor texted me immediately saying she could schedule a furnace pro that very night to check out our broken furnace. Jim came within an hour and a half, got our 26-yr-old furnace blower to turn on and stay on so we wouldn’t freeze that night, and even FaceTimed with the boss (Scott) to show him some complications in our house layout. We got 3 estimates total, and Jim provided the most competitive price, took the least amount of time by far, and didn’t pressure. Dan showed up within 38 hours at 9:15am on a Saturday morning and installed our new, quiet Lennox furnace. He was careful to keep floors and carpeting clean by laying down tarps and wearing shoe coverings. He saved us money on a condensation pump installation by locating an existing, hard-to-find outlet so he didn’t have to put a new one in. I did read online that Lennox proprietary parts are more expensive than parts for other popular furnaces, but Taylor had told me that parts and labor have a 10-year warranty. Very professional and courteous. Arrived on tiime. Explained the service providing details as to what to expect. Overall experience was excellent. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Service provided was air duct cleaning and furnace tune up.
