When my furnace quit functioning in subzero MN temps, they were the only company in the area that could come to the rescue. Fast, efficient, provided excellent communication through the entire process.

Hoffman has always treated me well from the consultation, installation, maintenance service performed and level of customer service when calling in. Had 4 companies come out for quotes and Hoffman was the only one who didnâ t oversell and only recommended what was needed. Integrity goes a long way and these guys are it! Dean was my technician for today and did a great job!

Technician Dean was personable and very highly qualified. He came to our home three rears ago when I wanted a second opinion after another company repairman told me I needed to replace my 10-year-old furnace. Dean traced our problem to a clogged air filter.

Very responsive. The got in touch with me in the evening to set up a next day installation at a rental property where the tenants hadn't had heat for 2 days. Efficient and timely contracting and installation.

Mike was dispatched. Was here within the hour...within the hour! April Aire unit sprang a leak and drenched furnace. Mike took care of it quick and had heat back. Great guy! Cost was moderate compared to previous house calls for furnace service. Will call Hoffman going forward for HVAC service.
