The planning and installation went very well. Everything was installed timely and the workmanship was very good.

You almost need to see how well they did to appreciate the outstanding planning and installation that they accomplished on this project. We had asked 3 closet companies to look at this project: 1 could not conceive of what we wanted, 1 gave us a plan that was unacceptable and Michael hit a grand slam. His design was phenominal and creatively used our space to precisely meet our needs. Dave Trettel did the actual installation and the finished product fit to a T in the space. Our entire experience with them was excellent and we plan to use them again on 2 other projects.

From begining to end Michael was both creative and professional. He came up with several alternatives after listening to what we liked and disliked about our current set-up. The installation was perfect and the left the job

Heather's estimate was substantially higher than another estimate we had. When we compared renderings of what would be installed, we discovered that Storganize's measurements were 3' off (in only an 11' space). When I asked about this, Heather was responsive & sent me new renderings. There were errors in that (such as the location of an electrical outlet), and she said nothing about the price. After asking her about the price, it was $500 more. I told her that this was $1000 more than another bid. She agreed to take the price back to the original $500 higher than the other bid. We didn't want to pay the difference, and we're extremely happy with what we did instead.

Heather was the designer. The design was the best of the four estimates I got. We had trouble connecting for a design/estimate appointment and she had to cancel the first one. I asked for three wall hooks and the extension of the top shelf, which Storganize added with no additional cost. The installer was prompt and worked cleanly. The patches on the wall did not really bring the patch flush to the existing wall and I had to re-patch visible patches and then painted. However, if I had caught this while the installer was working, I am sure he would have patched to my satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding of which product I ordered. The company's brochure was not up to date and I ended up accepting a price for the classic style that I understood to be for the premium style. However, this discrepancy was settled satisfactorily by splitting the difference between that quote and a lower one to me by Storganize. I am very happy with the closet design.

I'm really pleased with the results. Jeana, the designer, came up with a design that I thought was quite creative. The end result is very solid and functional. It took less than a week to have Jeana come out, then we met with her 2 days later to see her proposed design, and then 2 weeks after we ordered it, it was installed. I would definitely use Storganize again.

Excellent service and price. I was able to get a Saturday design consultation, and the designer worked with me to create a solution that was functional and in my price range. The installer was friendly, fast and did a good job. There are no issues with the system. I will use them again.

The initial visit by a Storganize was very helpful. The visits were scheduled in a timely manner, and the Storganize employees arrived on-time. The installation of our closet system was thorough, and we were very happy with our experience with Storganize as a company.

Heather, the designer, was professional, courteous, responsive, and gave the best design of 3 companies interviewed. Office staff VERY polite, and promptly returned calls. Crew came exactly when they said they would, and installed units quickly, and neatly. Bid was very competitive with 2 other companies that we had give us a plan.

UNFORTUNATELY THE TEAM DID NOT WORK VERY COHESIVELY TOGETHER AND WE ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS WHICH CAUSED REWORK. THE PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT. THE MEASUREMENTS WERE A LITTLE OFF AND RESULTED IN LOSS OF SPACE. WE DID RESPOND WITH COMMENTS BACK TO THE ORGANIZATION AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK.

EXCELLENT. JONI IS VERY GOOD AT HER JOB AND THE INSTALLERS ARE ALSO VERY GOOD. GOOD QUALITY WORK AND PROMPT.

THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME AND FINISHED VERY QUICKLY.

BOTH THE SALES REP AND ALL THE INSTALLERS WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, TIMELY AND CONSIDERATE! THEY WERE GREAT!!

THE OWNER, MICHAEL ANDERSON, TREATED ME AS IF I WAS A NUISANCE TO DEAL WITH AND TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY HE WOULD DEAL WITH ME IS TO CHARGE ME A DESIGN AND INSTALLATION FEE, EVEN THOUGH I AM CAPABLE AND WOULD BE MEASURING AND INSTALLING IT MYSELF. THE REASON I CHOSE TO BUY THE FURNITURE I DID 5 YEARS AGO WAS TO BE ABLE TO ADD PIECES AND/OR MOVE THEM TO OTHER SPACES IF NECESSARY. I DID EXPLAIN THIS TO MR. ANDERSON, AND HE BASICALLY INFORMED ME THAT THE JOB WAS TOO SMALL, AND HE WOULDN'T MAKE ANY MONEY ON ME, THEREFORE I SHOULD NOT BOTHER HIM. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM STUNNED THAT ANYBODY IN BUSINESS WOULDN'T APPRECIATE OR HONOR THE FACT THAT A RETURN CUSTOMER WANTS TO DO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM, AT LEAST FOR MAINTAINING A STRONG PUBLIC IMAGE. MR. ANDERSON WAS ARROGANT, RUDE AND CONDESCENDING TO ME. I HAVE CHOSEN TO FIND ANOTHER VENDOR TO MEET MY NEEDS.

THEY CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT ONCE, CALLED TO SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE THE SECOND TIME AND WERE STILL AN HOUR LATE FROM WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. WHEN THEY GOT HERE THEY DID NOT SEEM THAT INTERESTED. THEY DID CALL AND SAY WE COULD COME OUT TO THERE SHOW ROOM AND THEY WOULD SHOW US WHAT THEY HAD. WE DID NOT GO WITH THEM. NOT TIMELY, NOT RESPONSIVE, NOT PREPARED TO SHOW US WHAT THEY MIGHT DO. DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH STORGANIZE!

SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FUN TO WORK WITH. I AM EXCITED TO WORK WITH HER IN THE FUTURE. WE PUT THE PROJECT ON HOLD DUE TO PERSONAL FINANCES.
